We had such a great stay at the Shark Tooth Shanty! The home was decorated so beautifully and uniquely, every little detail added to the charm. Kerrie was very communicative and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. The location was quiet and relaxing, yet just a short drive to downtown Charleston, beaches, and great restaurants. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Perfect space and quiet. So close to Folly beach but also close to downtown Charleston. She offered her beach toys and chairs and towels! The cutest little home.

Very cute home in a great location! We spent our time between Downtown Charleston and Folly Beach and this was right in between. There was plenty of shopping close by and it was a nice quiet location. It was super clean and comfy with all the amenities one could ask for.

Cathy and her family were great hosts! From clear communication to having the house stocked with whatever we would have needed for our stay. She reached out and provided a nice welcome when we first arrived and was accommodating when we needed a place to keep our luggage before our flight home. Great recommendations! The beds were comfortable and the house was a perfect size for 6 of us! It was a great girls weekend !

Great place to stay in Charleston near the beach and the city. Would definitely recommend staying here if you are ever visiting. Jody is great to work with and made the trip easy.

This place was very clean and well decorated. We felt right at home the whole time! The upkeep of the property is immaculate as well! It was a 10-15 minute drive from Charleston and the beaches, which was perfect when having a toddler that needs to get back for a nap at any point in the day. We would recommend this place to any family visiting Charleston!

Adam was truly a super host. So quick to respond to all of our questions and proactively made sure we had what we needed. The place was perfect. Had all the amenities we needed and such a thoughtful design. Loved the decor. Amazing shower too! Conveniently located near grocery stores. Quick ride to Folley beach, Charleston’s Downtown, Sullivans Island. Definitely recommend catching the sunrise at Folley Beach. We will stay here again. Great tex mex spot around the corner called Mex 1 Coastal Cuisine we enjoyed for lunch. Close to the Firefly Distillery as well if you are into that. Thanks for having us Adam!

We love our stay at Ryan’s place! The rooms are clean and modern. We especially enjoyed hanging out at the short lakeside dock seeing the fish swimming by! Would consider again if we were to visit Charleston/Folly beach again!

We had a wonderful stay right on King Street—an unbeatable location in the heart of Charleston. The Airbnb was clean and perfect for exploring the downtown on foot. Check-in was smooth, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Charleston.

It was a lovely home located in a good neighbourhood. Everything we needed was in the room, felt right at home as soon as we came inside. Erika came with good recommendations for the things to do nearby.

Susan’s guest air bnb was the perfect place to stay in for a quick Charleston trip! 15 minutes from downtown and 15 minutes from Folly Beach, making it the perfect location! Susan’s air bnb was spotless with all new appliances. I don’t brag much about beds besides my own, however this bed was sooooo comfy. Additionally, a sweet pup and kitty come included! Susan’s pets were so loving and sweet. Easy quaint and friendly place to stay in Charleston! Definitely recommend reaching out and staying at Susan’s air bnb :)

I loved everything about this beautiful property, they have everything that you need , it’s very kid friendly, looks just like the pictures and I love that this house is rooted in God !

We came for a wedding and had a lovely stay. The interior was nicely decorated and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Perfect for the two of us and we really appreciated the beach chairs. Would highly recommend it! Hope to visit again one day!

I had a wonderful stay at Jenny's home. Perfect, safe location for a solo female traveler. Central location so you are only minutes away from the beach and downtown Charleston.

We've been staying here for years. Our home away from home. This was the first time I used the kitchen and I had everything I needed. The home is charming and comfortable! The owner is a wonderful person to book with and always helpful. We tried The James down the street for the first time and wow, the flavors were great. Definitely surprised us as a hidden gem. I can't recommend this spot enough. Thanks for another wonderful visit! We went to Kiawah Island this time and got there early to get a parking spot. It was only $15 for the whole day!

My stay here was fantastic. The apartment is in a perfect location for visiting Charleston. I could walk everywhere. We walked to many great restaurants, to the battery and to King Street. The apartment had great AC, which was important for a June visit. Unit was very clean and well stocked. It had everything I needed- lots of clean towels, paper towels, toilet paper etc. Hosts were friendly and responsive. My son visited me and he was able to park on the street with the permit that was provided with no issues. I loved this place and would stay here again.

Two words: absolutely wonderful! Felt right at home the moment we walked in. It was exactly as pictured and described. Close to everything. 20 minutes from Charleston and 5 min drive to ocean. Beautiful water views from porch. Also enjoyed time at the pool. Fully stocked kitchen. We will be returning again.

Such a great spot, perfect for our babymoon getaway! Absolutely beautiful location, the beach is quite literally right in your backyard. Extremely quiet, private, and peaceful area. Very easy walk (0.3 ish miles) to coffee/breakfast in the morning at The Nest. We enjoyed the Ocean Room and Hege’s both for fantastic dinners. Freshfields shopping is also an easy drive for shops, groceries, and lunch spots. Ron was a wonderful host - we’d love to return!

Loved our stay at Fire House! The owner was very responsive and the place was beautiful and in the perfect spot!

It was clean and we liked the house and the island, the pool and beach were great too. Be sure to order your amenity card at least two weeks before check in if you would like to swim or use other amenities the first day you check in, otherwise you may not be able to get the amenity card right away.

Great apartment right near Folly Beach. On fourth floor with good views, no elevator so you need to be able to carry what you need up stairs. On main road but high enough that it’s quiet. Comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. About 20 min drive from Charleston, and a bit more to Mt Pleasant, where you can take the ferry to Fort Sumter, tour the Yorktown, etc. Lots of tourists on weekend in main part of town, which is about a 5 min drive. Lots of places to eat nearby, as well as a couple grocery stores on way in. Very comfortable stay!

Jennifer and Chase were quick to respond to any hiccups that we encountered. The location of the condo was perfect for what we were there for. It was easy to access the beach and a very close walk to the pool. The condo was well stocked with basic essentials, and the decorations were aesthetically pleasing. Parking was plentiful and the overall area felt safe. We loved walking to the ice cream shop and having dole whip. The Acme restaurant was also an easy walk from the condo and I would recommend trying it. There’s a grocery store within a 4 minute drive and the location is close enough to do a nice day trip in Charleston. The coffee shop down the street from the condo wasn’t my cup of tea, but they were friendly and if you just need a quick pick me up it’ll do the trick. Overall, we enjoyed our trip and would come back the Sea Cabins.

Amazing stay! Dom was a wonderful host! Beautiful place! Very close to the beach! Was super helpful in recommendations I.e. rent bikes, local food places, etc! Would definitely recommend to ANYONE wanting to stay at Folly Beach! Also would definitely stay there again when we visit :)
