Townhome holiday rentals in James Island

We stayed a week and the locatioon is ideal. Well stocked town home with everything you will need. Experienced and professional.

We spent three days in Charleston sightseeing and stayed at Megan’s place. The townhouse on three levels is modern, very clean and spacious. It was well equipped with everything we needed. The house is very close to the lively and busy King Street, with lots of shops, great restaurants and bars. Megan was a great host, very responsive and friendly. We had a great visit to Charleston.

We were thrilled with our stay here. Right in the heart of the best of Charleston. On the corner a delightful busting place called Carmella’s. We loved Magnolias around the corner as well. Many roof top bars with panoramic views of the city and water. The king bed was dreamy and comfortable to sleep in. The kitchen was handy to cook in when we didn’t want to eat out. We were also blessed with incredible weather for our stay. We have family in Mt Pleasant which was only 20 minutes as well as the airport being very close. All in all a lovely stay at a beautiful place.

This was my first Airbnb and we were extremely satisfied with the location and ease of everything involved. Polly responded very quickly with my questions. Highly recommend this Airbnb.

This house is perfect for everyone. Location is beautiful the backyard view of the lake is amazing and the reason to book. Less than 10 minutes from the airport

Mari was an excellent host, and her home is beautiful! We were down for a baseball tournament, and the location was perfect! I would highly recommend, and we would definitely stay here again!

This townhouse was spacious and had plenty of towels and things to take to the beach. We greatly appreciated the beach towels, chairs and umbrella. It was within driving distance of most anything to do. The pool was a great addition to the family fun!

We had a wonderful stay at Laura’s. The place was extremely clean and looked exactly like the pictures that were posted. The location was excellent in that we were close to restaurants, shops and a grocery store. Laura was also very prompt with her response to my questions. We will definitely be back!

As advertised, nice place, clean, easy 25 minute walk to Park Circle’s main artery of restaurants and bars as well as a quick 15-20 minute jaunt to downtown Charleston. The extra towels, shampoo and soap were appreciated. Bed was comfortable. The cafe in the complex just across the street was very convenient and better food than i expected. Overall, solid place.

Our stay was late October 2024. Home was literally on the beach. And what a beautiful beach it was. Found shells, sand dollars, and star fish. Soft sand, meticulously maintained beach, not crowded, perfect waves for surfers (including beginners) and boogie boarders. To me, it’s worth a price premium to stay on the beach, don’t have to haul your crap as far, nearby bathroom, etc. The home itself was perfect. Not fancy, but comfortable beds, and nice big kitchen. Bathrooms are very tight on space but not a huge bother.

We had such a great stay at this stylish and quiet apartment! It was the perfect home base for our Charleston getaway—super clean, beautifully decorated, and filled with natural light. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we appreciated the small touches throughout the space that made it feel welcoming and thoughtfully put together. Check-in was seamless, communication was prompt, and everything matched the listing perfectly. Would definitely stay here again next time we’re in town!

The pictures accurately represented her space. We found there was plenty of room for four adults. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, silverware and dishes, something we find to not always be the case. The location was ideal for visiting the beaches and getting to Charleston. Megan was good at making sure we had all the prearrival information we needed and had recommendations on what to do and where to eat. If we were in the area we would stay here again.

Bryan’s place was meticulously clean. He supplied everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood was very quiet and close enough to all the attractions we had planned. We were very satisfied.

Enjoyed the home. Close to montague with tons of restaurants. Host checked in with us a few times to see if he could make our stay more comfortable. Enjoyed every aspect. Would def. Rent again.

Great property, with fantastic water views from the two balconies. Quiet area but still close enough to shops and other local amenities. Interior was very recently renovated, with clean and new bathrooms, furniture and appliances. Spacious kitchen was loaded with all the appliances and tools one could need. Check-in process was relatively straight forward and property manager was easily accessible. Really enjoyed our stay and the property.

very nice place to stay while we got ready for a wedding. only thing was figuring out which garage went with our unit and driveway at first, as the setup of the town homes in the cul de sac is not something I am familiar with, and neighbor was a little snippy with us on our first 2 nights while we were still figuring things out. However, outside of that, our stay was quite nice, nice little area, town home had the perfect amount of space for 3 people

Fantastic Townhome in Mount Pleasant I recently stayed at Joyce's amazing townhome in Mount Pleasant, and it was even better than the photos! The place was spotless and so comfortable. The outdoor patio area was a real highlight, with a water feature and plenty of seating. It was the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring Charleston and the nearby beaches. Joyce has thought of everything - from beach towels and chairs to coffee and creamer in the kitchen. She was also super responsive to any questions I had. This townhome is in a great location, close to downtown Charleston, Shem Creek, and the Isle of Palms. I can't wait to come back and stay here again!

Highly recommend Alex’s place…excatly as described….so clean and comfortable. Easy check in and out. Tiffanie was the most responsive host…answered every question in a timely fashion no matter what time. Great recommendations for food, fun and overall Charleston fun! Would book again next time I’m visiting family in Summerville!

Ashley is a GREAT host, her house was absolutely perfect for our group of 8! The house was very clean, and had everything you would need for an air b&b. The location is perfect for the whole main strip of Folly Beach and an easy walk to the beach. If we come back to Folly we will be looking for this location again 🤍
