The house is built in 1927 and has a mix of old and new interiors. Kitchen with stove and oven, dishwasher and fridge. The house is well equipped with lots of kitchen equipment. There is a private dining room with a lovely view. Living room with sofa and good light if you want to knit or do needlework. There is a private TV living room. Bathroom with toilet, shower and washbasin.

The house has 4 separate bedrooms, where 3 are located on the second floor. Approx 7 minutes walk to bathing water which is very nice for smaller kids, shallow water and warmer than the sea. Approx 22 minutes walk to the beautiful sandy beaches of Lista, which offers miles and miles of sand.
