Want to visit Jærstrendene? Or are you going to fish salmon in Håelva? At the cabin in Nærland you can find tranquility, watch the bird life, stroll down to the beach or barbecue in the garden. There are seating on several sides of the cabin and a barbecue area with a fire pit. There is spacious living room and dining room, and 3 bedrooms. Two bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with a bunk bed with a lower part of 120 cm, upper 90 cm. Sofa bed in living room # 2 (140 cm). Plenty of space for parking. Running water, power and internet. 4 bikes can be borrowed.

Welcome to Fjellro! Here you can get an overnight stay in the scenic area of Dirdal with an unforgettable view. With only a few meters to the fjord, an almost has the experience of sleeping in the water. All amenities are available either in the tiny house or in the basement of the shop Dirdalstraen Gardsutsalg nearby. The farm shop was voted Norway's best farm shop in 2023 and is a small attraction in itself. Right next door you will find a sauna that can be booked with equally good views.

Pulpit Rock 10 minutes to parking. Read the reviews from past guests. The views are striking, the place is sheltered from traffic and noise. Sun until 22:20 on the longest days. Settle down for several days and go on great hikes and mountain peaks from the exit door. Five minutes hike away you can swim in a river with fresh mountain water. The Benedikte house is about 10 min drive from Egersund city center and about 5 min from E39. We have attempted to recreate the hospitality of Benedikte - the last one to stay in the old house - in this modern and completely newly built farmhouse on the outskirts of the courtyard of the Svindland farm. Here guests will find peace and idyll. On the farm there are horses, we have two dogs and a cozy peacock that runs freely. The house is very modern and well-equipped.

Very nice accommodation with large garden, private small area and jetty directly on the water overlooking the fjord estuary and the small harbor directly in the village. Stavanger can be reached in ~40 minutes and the nearest small town of Jorpesland is about 20 minutes away. In the village, however, there are 2 small supermarkets. Nature is incredibly beautiful and there are many hiking trails such as the Preikestolen, Sollifjell, Uburen within 30 minutes reach. The boat tour directly in Forsand is also highly recommended. Torhild was super nice and accommodating. She gave us a lot of recommendation for activities, shopping, restaurants and much more. We were able to contact her 24/7 on site or via app. Overall, the accommodation has been very nice, the surroundings are full of impressive nature and there is no lack of activities / tranquility. The week-long stay was perfect for us. We would not do anything else in retrospect! Thank you :-)
