This space was beautiful and well laid out. Anytime we had a question, the answers came right away. We had zero issues with our stay. The place was exactly what we were looking for! I really never wanted to leave!

Kelly and Bob have a great place that is very close to Route A1A in Ponte Vedra Beach, retail stores, restaurants, and the beach. We had the added bonus of being within a mile of family. The condo was very spacious and well-appointed. Everything was as we imagined it, and more. We hope to have the opportunity for a return stay in the not-too-distant future. Mark

This Airbnb was one of my favorite stays—and I’ve stayed at Airbnbs all over the world. It’s the perfect place for anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing retreat just steps from the beach. Christine truly thought of all the little details that make a stay feel special.

This condo – and our experience – were great! The condo is in the best location within the community—peaceful, scenic, and beautifully maintained. We especially loved the lanai, which was perfect for relaxing with a book, morning coffee, or an evening cocktail while gazing at the water view - and a lot of interesting birds! The condo seems freshly updated (master bathroom looks brand new), is spotless, stylishly decorated, and fully stocked with everything you might need. The beds are super comfortable, and the kitchen is a dream with (all new?) appliances including double oven and 5-burner gas range—perfect for cooking in. The pool, hot tub, and fitness room are just a short walk away. It was close to world-class restaurants, tennis and pickle ball courts, white sand beaches, “30 golf courses within 30 minutes,” and downtown St Augustine. Marilyn is a fantastic host—responsive, helpful, and full of great local recommendations. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this charming Airbnb in Neptune Beach. The home was clean, maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location couldn’t have been better — just a short walk to the beach and within easy walking distance to great restaurants and local spots. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a relaxing beach getaway with great walkability and a cozy, clean home!

This was my family first visit to Florida we loved the place and the location very convenient to most things and dining and the host are super nice and very responsive to any concerns or questions.

Excellent communication from the host, very responsive. This unit has a great location, right on the beach. The outside of the building looks a little bit dated, but the unit has been remodeled and is beautiful and modern inside. Lots of beach toys included.

We had an amazing stay at Lamont’s! The place was spotless—cleanliness was clearly a top priority, which made settling in super comfortable. One of the best features was the incredibly easy beach access; just a short walk and you’re right on the sand. Lamont was also very responsive—any questions we had were answered almost immediately.

This location worked beautifully for us. It was close to Mayo, which was important for this trip. I loved the 'castle bridge' location. The place was clean and neat. Traffic noise was a little more than anticipated, but I live in the country, so maybe it's just me. I would stay here again. Jared was amazingly responsive to our very minor questions.

Our family vacation went absolutely wonderful with lots of memories thanks to Hillary’s wonderful condo! She has made remarkable efforts to make this beach condo a home away from home that has everything anyone could need. The beach is so walkable and she has so many beach essentials available for use. The restaurants/ice cream shops/activities are so close by. We enjoyed every minute of everyday and will definitely plan to return!

Once again, this little place exceeds expectations. Comfortable, with a location that can’t be beat, this is my go-to place when I visit PVB. I’ll be back again soon.

We had stayed in this condo years ago and was very impressed with how well they are maintained! Great view of ocean to enjoy beautiful sunsets. We would stay there again.

This condo is an absolute gem and the hosts are simply wonderful. The location is incredible, quiet and peaceful and the unit is very spacious for a 2/2. The small courtyard grass area is such a wonderful area, especially with children. Max and Sara were extremely responsive and literally have everything you could possibly need at this unit. I will only stay here when visiting Jax beach for now on. Thank you Max and Sara for the wonderful trip!

Only stayed two nights, but this condo was perfect for me! Felt very homey, comfy sofas, great TV. The A/C kept the whole place cool during some very hot temps! I slept well, it was very quiet. The dedicated parking spot nearby was great I also liked the Keurig and coffee provided! A 10 minute drive to Atlantic Beach restaurants and bars. Very nice!

Great condo right on the beach. Clean, comfortable. Internet and TV were flawless. We tried to get it another week but it was already booked! We'll stay there again. Pat Rhyner

Place was very nice and relaxing. Location was perfect part of the beach (away from busiest part but close to walk to restaurants). Hosts were very friendly and communicated well!

This condo is located near restaurants and is walkable to the beach and small park next door. We took our pups for a walk each morning and evening and they absolutely loved the walkability. The pool (also had floats) was also nice as well as the short pathway to the beach instead of having to go to the front of the property. The condo was nicely stocked with beach items as well as towels. The kitchen was also stocked with everything that you would need for a visit. The A/C kept the condo cool during the day, which was a huge plus as some places we have rented have struggled to keep places cool in Florida. The TV in the living room is large and you can sit in bed and also watch! The communication was spot on with any questions that we had. If you are looking for somewhere quiet with ease to the beach (as well as pool) look no further!

This is a big luxurious condo unit. My wife and I, along with 4 friends, reserved the unit for 5 nights and were very pleased with all aspects of our stay. It was very clean and well equipped with virtually everything we needed. The living room is large and well furnished with nice chairs, sofas & tables. The bedrooms are spacious with comfortable beds and plenty of storage space and each has its own bathroom. My wife & I stayed in the master bedroom and the bathroom was amazing. It has 2 separate vanities, a huge deep bathtub and a separate multi-head shower stall. The kitchen was roomy & well stocked with appliances, cookware, utensils and a huge refrigerator. The living room and master bedroom have glass doors that open onto a huge balcony with an amazing view of the beach and ocean. The condo building is located conveniently close to a variety of places to eat and shop for supplies. The host was very quick to respond to any messages we sent. I would defintely book the unit again.
