The apartment has a great location, garage with ample access, automation and security to get in and out of the building, a large balcony with dining table, excellent bathrooms and bedrooms with great comfort and quality for sleep. Paulo, the host, was very solicited and thoughtful. I recommend your stay.

I stayed here for a visit to ITA. The location was great for this purpose as ITA is only a 15 minute walk away and being next to center vale mall is also convenient if you need something. The apartment is the same as in the photos.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The apartment is beautiful, safe, cozy, and inside a very cool looking building with an amazing elevator! We had everything we needed here, it was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bed linens are a small additional charge, but the building staff set it all up for you prior to arrival, which was nice. We would love to come back!

The accommodation was certainly planned by an architect or interior designer, all in very good taste! The cleaning was impeccable, the toilet was marked as having been disinfected, the property smelled clean, everything was in perfect condition. The instructions that are provided are very clear, both those sent by Airbnb and those on the labels around the apartment and utensils. It was the most professional Airbnb I've ever stayed at, the owners certainly have strict procedures so that everything runs smoothly, and on top of that, it's close to everything. Rating 11.

Loft very good, neighborhood and excellent location, several nearby bars and restaurants, bakery,etc. The loft is very good all very clean and well taken care of. Leonardo always answered us very quickly, was very attentive providing all the necessary information.
