The farm stay is an invitation for disconnection and tranquility. The surroundings are beautiful, each open window is a breath of nature. We spend hours watching the birds, it has a lot of toucan, hummingbirds and parakeets. And despite the feel of the field, the trip to the center takes no more than 10 minutes. Daniel and Solange are very helpful and welcoming. Until birthday present I won (thank you again). The pool is lit almost all day. The house is well equipped, we cook every day. The house is very spacious, good for children.

My experience was amazing, from the closing with the hostess to the check-out at the condominium. The house is just like the photos, all the utensils and resources needed for the stay, the cleaning of the house is impeccable, not to mention the motivating phrases in every corner. The host is always very solicitous and kind, clear and objective guidelines. I highly recommend this place.

Pleasant location, with a private waterfall. Distant from the city but perfect for quiet. Delicious Jacuzzi for a chill and hosts of the best I've ever seen around here.

It is difficult to find a house that combines so many positive things at once: near the bush, but without many insects; with mountain view but close to the asphalt; with nearby neighborhood but with good privacy; simple house but great infrastructure (pool, large TV, ofuro). It is amazing to stay at the ofurô watching the butterflies and trees from the back of the house. Great fenced space for pets. Anyway, nota mil. Besides Liziane sends almost a dossier of so much relevant information about the house and the Rsrs region. Thank you for everything Liziane, and congratulations for the house! I hope to come back!

We loved the space, the house was clean, organized and has everything we need available according to the listing. Now talking about the Nilton and the wife is easy because they are sensational people, of even good, educated, who welcomed us well, we feel at home, the scenery and the house are really beautiful and it's worth it, we will come back more often for sure!!

If you go to San Francisco Xavier, choose to stay at Renata's place. From the directions to get to the site, tour and restaurant tips, and check-in instructions, Renata is very willing and proactive. Already the House.... what to say? Within a giant and very structured terrain, with some private trails to walk beside the river that passes inside the property, the House has structure for everything you need, kitchen, bed and bath items and, above all, it is very cozy both inside and outside. The House is the only one on the ground, so the feeling of peace and privacy is 100%, in addition to bringing security for having lighting in all areas of forest and security system. Parabenizo a Renata for good taste and reception. We felt at home. I will return!

What a fantastic place! I went with my boyfriend and it felt like we were living a dream! House pointed to the sunrise, we follow from the bed because the room had giant windows, we spent hours on the balcony looking at the landscape to the dam, we enjoyed the fireplace on cold nights and we enjoyed the barbecue. The house has everything you need! Impeccable infrastructure, Giovanni made everything perfect, plus excellent service! We HIGHLY recommend it! We felt very welcome, the place is really a home! Super accessible location, a beautiful road to get there. The decor is very cozy and makes you feel at home. ❤️🥰

Cozy house, made for relaxing. There are plenty of kitchen utensils, as well as a wonderful indoor and outdoor kitchen, the latter with an industrial stove (small detail: we couldn't light the stove, even though gas was coming out). The land is spacious, sunny during the day and with a view and access to the dam, great for swimming. At night, we are surrounded by stars. The only suggestion for improvement I see is the lack of fencing around the house, not for the safety of people, but for the control of pets. It would be interesting to have a better enclosure both at the entrance of the house, which has access to the street, and in relation to the neighboring side lands.

I highly recommend the place! I spent a weekend at the farm and it was wonderful. The place is new and tidy, in the kitchen it has all the utensils you need, the bedrooms and bathrooms are clean. Very calm and peaceful surroundings, it was possible to hear the birds singing all day. Ana Paula is super attentive and promptly answered all questions before and during the stay. It was a great stay :)

Beautiful place with a lot of privacy, spacious rooms, plenty of bathrooms, negative point is to send the address only on the day of the stay, because we had people from other cities and this made our planning difficult.

The place is amazing, exactly what we were looking for, very interior, contact with the perfect nature, wonderful pool, everything very clean, Dona Olívia, owner of the space, extremely helpful, presented us with the local commerce and always helped us a lot. I would like to exalt once again that I never imagined that just a few minutes from São Paulo, we could have such close contact with Nature, fauna and lush flora. We will return for sure.

I rented the farm for a weekend and couldn't have been better! From the first contact, communication was super easy and quick. The house was impeccable, well equipped and comfortable, with everything we needed for our leisure. The atmosphere is beautiful, quiet, ideal for those seeking rest and contact with nature. The outdoor area is wonderful, with a lot of space for activities and get-togethers. The whole place was perfect, no problem. Of course, I will return to another opportunity and recommend to everyone looking for a quality place to relax and enjoy. Thank you for providing such an amazing experience!

Incredible place, much more beautiful in person, the rustic house and its details enchanted us, everything was very clean and organized. Host Celise and Camila were super attentive, as well as the homemade Fausto who welcomed us very well, as well as being very friendly and helpful. We had a few minor issues, but nothing that could hinder our stay. The great differential was the lake, we caught several fish, this we surprised a lot, the children were delighted with the size of the fish, some had never caught before and succeeded, we enjoyed day and night, we had a great time! Certainly a place to return to another time.

Sítio da Usina is even more beautiful than in the pictures. My family and I made great use of the space, we were very well received and realized that every detail was prepared with an unparalleled affection. We recommend that you live this experience without hesitation - it's even better than you can imagine. We'll definitely be back soon!

We can say that Beija Flor hosting is an experience with a 10/10 rating. Super cozy and complete. I and my wife enjoyed the gourmet space a lot, it is so complete that we cook and make our coffees every day in it. We had 6 days of great tranquility and warmth, not to mention the visits of the maritacas that happens every afternoon. Wonderful!!!

We went last minute and still everything was perfect. All as described, very large place, accommodated everyone very well. We love the site and will return again if possible!!

i loved the nature. greatly appreciated clearing a path to the beautiful river. the only issue was lightning took out the electricity and internet BUT that was fixed in hours!

Adrienne is super helpful and was very attentive from the beginning! The location is amazing! Really close to Club Med Lake Paradise (around 2.5 km away). We felt very welcome as soon as we entered the house! You could see this affection in the details! Everything is very tidy and cozy! Unfortunately, the weather was not very good and the power went out between 9 pm and 7 am. We also lost some things that were in the refrigerator. The energy oscillated afterwards. But we know that they did everything in their power to help us in some way!! From the house, we can admire a beautiful landscape that filled our hearts!! 🥰 We are grateful for the lives of Adrienne, Guido and Durval!! Many thanks for everything!! We love it!!! ❤️

It was incredible days in Casa do Lago, surrounded by nature and the sound of water to renew energy, many birds to accompany our dawn and sunset. The road where the house is located has several places for hiking. The house is well surrounded and provides safety for pets. The water of the lake is a gift! We were made to feel very welcome by the owner. It is also easy to access the city and return to SFX after many years was very good, as well as bringing wonderful cheeses home.

São Francisco Xavier gave us an enchanting weekend, and the Morada do Sol was the perfect setting for this experience. More than an accommodation, we live there days of quiet, beauty and coziness — everything invited us to relax. The house surprised from the beginning. The quick and gentle availability already indicated the care of the host. And this care is confirmed in every detail: the furniture is comfortable, the lighting is thought with delicacy, the library invites good discoveries and the landscape… the landscape is a spectacle apart — the great event of the place. Even with the cold days, we felt welcomed and heated. The structure offers all the comfort to enjoy the mountain climate without losing anything. The silence and tranquility allowed us to relax deeply. A separate highlight goes to the house manual — with precious tips about the space and the region. Made all the difference! The feeling is of being taken care of all the time. It was an immense pleasure!
