We had a great stay at Ismaels place. The house was very nice—clean, comfortable, and well-kept. The pool was definitely a highlight—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. Everything was as described, and we felt right at home. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

Absolutely incredible stay! This place exceeded all our expectations. The location was perfect—peaceful and quiet, yet just a quick 3–5 minute Uber ride from all the best restaurants, beaches, and nightlife. The rooms were spacious and beautifully designed, with breathtaking views that matched (and even surpassed) the photos. Everything felt clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained. Mirianne was an outstanding host—super responsive and helpful, which made our entire stay seamless and stress-free. It was our first time visiting Puerto Vallarta, and thanks to this amazing experience, it certainly won’t be our last. Easily a 10/10!

STAY HERE! A hidden oasis. Interior of the home is beautiful, even nicer than the pictures. Layout of the house is such that you can gather with family and friends or have quiet space for yourself. We enjoyed the outdoor pool area and garden so much that we debated on whether we should go to the beach or enjoy our pool time! The house is set back from the main road so it feels very private. It is also located next to a private, gated community so is quiet. Homero is an excellent communicator. He even arranged a taxi to take us to the airport. (The taxi even arrived early). Regarding the AC - just make sure the bathroom door on the ground level is closed, same with the top level.

We had an amazing weekend. The house is spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. The pool is delicious, always warm and perfect for relaxing. We traveled with two dogs and the house was ideal for them too: safe, with space and pet friendly. The host's attention was excellent, always attentive and friendly. Definitely a place we want to go back to. Highly recommended

This is a special place in Sayulita; it’s a quick walk to the plaza, beach, and many great restaurants. This place is great because there are common areas and private rooms with bathrooms. The hosts are friendly and accommodating. I would stay there again!

The view is beautiful and the communication is very good, it is definitely a place to return!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! My wife, myself and our toddler had the best time relaxing and enjoying this beautiful home. We loved playing outside in the backyard and swimming in the pool. We cooked a lot of our meals outside on the grill and that was awesome. The hosts were very accommodating with our toddler and provided a high chair and a pack and play. We walked around and explored the nearby areas including some restaurants, shops and the beach. We felt very safe and comfortable. The hosts were very kind and easy to communicate with. We are so glad that we found this gem and had the time we did here. We will definitely be back!

Like the other reviews, I agree that it’s a beautiful place on a quiet street (more residential). It’s very close to lots of things to do and any attractions are. Quick 10-20 min uber ride or ~15-30 min walk. Oquitzin was super friendly and made me feel right at home, gave me great recommendations, and promptly answered any questions or requests I had. His home is beautifully designed, impeccable, and had everything I needed. Would love to stay again!

What an exceptional stay in the heart of Zona Romántica! The apartment was not only spacious and beautifully designed, but also offered breathtaking open ocean views that we enjoyed every day. Its location is perfect—surrounded by fantastic restaurants both in town and along the beach, all within easy walking distance. The highlight was undoubtedly the rooftop infinity pool—absolutely stunning and likely the largest in town. With 360-degree views of the ocean and city, it was the perfect place to relax any time of day. You truly can’t ask for a better rooftop experience. Check-in and check-out were seamless. We were warmly welcomed by the staff with a bottle of wine, and the 24/7 reception added an extra layer of convenience and security. A luxurious and memorable stay—we can’t wait to come back! The location of Oscar's place is ideal and very walkable to markets, restaurants and the Malecon. The studio room was clean and comfortable. There was some noise from church bells and fireworks, but I slept with a sound machine and it helped. The housekeeper was friendly and helpful when I was checking in. The rooftop space was perfect for hanging out and the continental breakfast was a nice addition to my stay. Would recommend and stay there again!!

We had a great stay overall! There was a brief issue with the water going out during our visit, but the host was very communicative and transparent about the situation. It was out of his control, and we really appreciated how he kept us updated. The apartment was just as expected, with beautiful decorations and everything spotless. The location was perfect and completely walkable to shops, restaurants, and attractions. We also felt very safe with 24-hour security in the lobby, which was a big plus. The pool area was gorgeous and well-maintained. I’d definitely stay here again!

Caroline’s apartment is stunning. The views are beautiful of the marina, the kitchen is well appointed and the design of the unit is beautiful. She was very very communicative and helpful. I would highly recommend this unit! The roof top pool is also stunning!

This is my second time staying at Cesar’s place. It’s a place I feel at home in, where I might’ve chosen the furnishings. I love the indoor/outdoor flow and enjoy spending time in the beautiful private patio. It’s quiet, spotlessly clean, with a great bed, nice linens, and everything I need to have a relaxing vacation. It’s a short walk to a great swimming beach, stores and restaurants.

Great stay and cozy place

Perfect for two nights of relaxation with no goals of anything else. Other than checking out the roof, I literally slept, watched movies, and just enjoyed being disconnected, but it was perfect!

Amazing stay, perfect location, incredible pool, and great coffee! We had a fantastic time at this Airbnb! The pool was absolutely amazing and the perfect place to relax. The entire space was clean and clearly well taken care of, which made us feel right at home. One of the nice little touches we really appreciated was the Nespresso machine – the coffee was delicious and a great way to start each morning. On top of that, the location couldn’t be better – close to everything we needed: restaurants, shops, and attractions. It was super convenient and easy to get around. Highly recommend this place, and we’d definitely stay here again!

Spent 7 days at this beautiful condo and had everything we needed to both relax and enjoy everything PV has to offer. The location itself is quiet but close to the vibrant nightlife. Only a stones throw away from the beach!

Multiple time guest, can’t wait for next trip already. Trustworthy and communicable host. One of our favorite spots to stay in PV for great access and amenities. Surf vibe is fun. Best part of the day is coming back to cold air conditioning, waterfall shower, and melt into the comfortable bed. Very secure and multiple locked doors to reach pool, lobby, and elevator access. The pool and general building rules are held up, it makes the experience great. Rooftop bar is killer, great new addition. There are 5 to 10 restaurants within a few blocks that are world class… seriously! Walkable to the beach or taxis are right there for a 2 minute ride.

Super great place and hosts! The place was clean upon arrival and had everything we needed. Loved that it was gated, made us feel safe and right on the beach was a plus! The pools were super nice as well. Overall, super worth the stay and we enjoyed our time here. Definitely recommend Omar’s place. 🙂

I really enjoyed my stay at Marek's place. The location is perfect for exploring PV, Zone of Romantica particularly. Beautiful one bedroom modern condo. Spotless and very clean. The balcony is very pleasant to sit and have a morning coffee taking in the beautiful view. The rooftop has an amazing ambiance and vanity pool with a breathtaking view of PV. Friendly staff who are there 24 hours. You're a quick 5 min walk to the nightlife and lots of restaurants. A short walk to the beach as well. His place is nice and quiet. Close enough to the nightlife to walk but far enough where you don't hear it at night. I also really loved the bedroom and shower. I give this place a 10/10 for me personally. This will be my first choice from now on when traveling to PV. Highly recommend.
