Really enjoyed our stay at Kathy’s place. After just a few nights, we liked it so much that we were lucky enough to extend our stay. Would definitely rent the upstairs in future to have friends or family come along with us. Can’t emphasize enough how great it was to have air conditioning and hot water on demand. We also used the washer and dryer more than expected, so that was great too! And always appreciate the little touches, like beach towels and a few puzzles :) It’s nice to have kitchen basics and a little bit of patio furniture, as the outdoor space is really nice to spend the afternoon relaxing. Thanks for having us Kathy, we hope to return!

Suite Umi was a great choice. Very well located, close to the beach and with easy access to restaurants and the esplanade. The suite is comfortable, clean and modern, ideal for resting. The host was very attentive. Recommended if you're looking for a quiet and well-located Airbnb in Puerto Vallarta. Highly recommended!

Stayed here before and didn’t realized I rebooked the same place after I got married. Still loved it just the same. It’s in the marina with tons of restaurants. All boat tours and activities are a 4 min drive or just a 3 min walk. Love it !

We loved our stay!Exactly as described. We had a 14 passenger van and was able to make it with no problem ( if you know how to drive in Mexico you can make it down the dirt road) The small neighborhood was also welcoming with a small store that made it very convenient not to go all the way to town, they have drinks, snacks and ice. We also elected to have assistance with breakfast and dinner to truly enjoy our time here. depending on the month you visit its Houston humid. We were comfortable for a few days with our air conditioner but he made it easy to have access once we wanted it. Plenty of dishes/cookware, cups cutlery, towels. This was an amazing option for our family to stay together and have quality time. We also got a great recommendation for a boat tour and enjoyed our stay. I would definitely return.

This is a home we would definitely come to again! Lina is the best host we have ever experienced and appreciated how helpful she was making our family celebration in Nuevo Vallarta beautiful and filled with incredible memories that we will always cherish! Where to start? The location is great, with a lot of privacy, little traffic, and great restaurants (as well as supermarkets) all a 10–15 minute drive away. You won’t be able to order food from public delivery services such as Didi, Uber or Rappi, but if you call a specific restaurant that does delivery they will get it to you. Secondly, the beach was amazing. You get private access, so no vendors and barely any other people. The beach itself is great with nice gentle waves, great for boogie boarding, soft sand and not too deep. The house had everything we needed, from things to take to the beach, utensils to cook ourselves a nice breakfast, towels, and the pool was a nice bonus as well. There was also a shower head to rinse off sand before coming inside, which was much needed. Lesley welcomed us with a delicious sourdough loaf and maracuya jam that we enjoyed on the first day. Great way to start a vacation. Overall 10/10 and we will definitely be coming back (hopefully soon).

The apartment is very comfortable, just as it appears in the pictures. Jarla was attentive at all times. It has an excellent location, it is very close to Kiosko, restaurants, Guadalajara pharmacy, bars, gas station. The parking is comfortable. I'll definitely be back.

Jim and his crew were amazing from the very beginning of the booking process. Communication was excellent throughout the entire stay,they were always responsive and helpful. My parents and I, along with my young niece who decided to join last minute, truly loved the place. I really appreciated how quickly and easily they updated my reservation to accommodate her, super smooth and stress-free! If you’re someone who enjoys being out all day, this is the perfect place to come back to and relax. The private pool was one of our favorite parts,nothing beats a peaceful swim after a long day. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials, and the entire home was spotless thanks to the amazing maid! The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and we even got to see fireworks at night from the house, such a special bonus. I highly recommend this place to everyone. Don’t hesitate, especially if this is your first time booking, like it was for me. Jim is your guy!

It has a beautiful view, the apartment is very nice and the best thing is that it is CLOSE to everything, we were about 10 minutes by car from the esplanade, I definitely recommend the place 100%!

We stayed with my grandmother and two dogs, the apartment was very accessible, it has an elevator and spacious areas... in addition, they put sunscreen in the bathroom, which was very much appreciated... The location is excellent, very close to the beach and just outside the subdivision there is an Oxxo and clean and accessible food stalls. We would love to come back!

This home was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we walked in, we felt right at home. The layout was spacious and well thought out, making it easy for everyone to relax and enjoy their own space. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and everything was spotless and well-maintained. One of our favorite parts was the backyard pool area—it truly felt like our own private oasis. We spent hours swimming, lounging, and soaking up the sunshine. It was the perfect place to unwind and create lasting memories. We loved every minute of our stay and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The attention to detail and comfort really made this place stand out. We will most definitely be back!

Casa Gardenia was beautiful! We enjoyed the secluded location and view of the ocean / town. The majority of the properties close by were empty while we were there so it felt incredibly private and you could hear the sound of the waves on the beach! We loved the wide open feel of the house and pool area with the accordion doors being open all day. Would absolutely stay again and recommend to anyone looking to travel to Sayulita!
