What an exceptional stay in the heart of Zona Romántica! The apartment was not only spacious and beautifully designed, but also offered breathtaking open ocean views that we enjoyed every day. Its location is perfect—surrounded by fantastic restaurants both in town and along the beach, all within easy walking distance. The highlight was undoubtedly the rooftop infinity pool—absolutely stunning and likely the largest in town. With 360-degree views of the ocean and city, it was the perfect place to relax any time of day. You truly can’t ask for a better rooftop experience. Check-in and check-out were seamless. We were warmly welcomed by the staff with a bottle of wine, and the 24/7 reception added an extra layer of convenience and security. A luxurious and memorable stay—we can’t wait to come back! Thank you for hosting us.

We loved the accommodation, we felt at home, ideal to enjoy the terrace and the private pool, 100% recommended for those looking for a comfortable and relaxing space, thank you, we will definitely return!!!

What a wonderful spot in Bucerias! The home is exactly as described. Although it is not freestanding, it is part of a larger complex but extremely private. The town is undergoing major construction presently, but that did not hamper our wonderful stay. Great restaurants were a short walk away. Wonderful art studios. Only twenty minutes from PV and not quite as busy as Sayulita, this place is still a bit of an undiscovered gem. Manuel was responsive to a short notice request and proactive in addressing possible issues before they ever happened. The place is as described - clean, spacious, modern, open, and just lovely.

Recommended. The hostess is always attentive. Very comfortable place to rest easy.

PROS: - Super fast WIFI and reliable with no drops!!! This is very important because I work from home. - Super friendly neighborhood - Private security feels nice - Air conditioner for those super hot days - Pool near by to exercise and relax - Great communication by the host - House has EVERYTHING you could need to live alone or as a couple. CONS - based on a previous review i went to the pizza shop near by (formaggios) and their pizza was tasty but the robbed both one of my gringo neighbors and myself on 2 different occasions. If you speak spanish natively you probably will not have a problem. But for gringos like myself, the special of the day says 150 pesos but when the bill comes they will say 350 pesos. When i asked why they said "welcome to mexico" and got really aggressive. I recorder their behavior and man threatened me. They did something similar to my canadian neighbor. That was my only bad experience here, not the house, just the pizza man. Besides, there is cheaper and delicious tacos by the "mercado ixtapa" if you get hungry

Where to start? The location is great, with a lot of privacy, little traffic, and great restaurants (as well as supermarkets) all a 10–15 minute drive away. You won’t be able to order food from public delivery services such as Didi, Uber or Rappi, but if you call a specific restaurant that does delivery they will get it to you. Secondly, the beach was amazing. You get private access, so no vendors and barely any other people. The beach itself is great with nice gentle waves, great for boogie boarding, soft sand and not too deep. The house had everything we needed, from things to take to the beach, utensils to cook ourselves a nice breakfast, towels, and the pool was a nice bonus as well. There was also a shower head to rinse off sand before coming inside, which was much needed. Lesley welcomed us with a delicious sourdough loaf and maracuya jam that we enjoyed on the first day. Great way to start a vacation. Overall 10/10 and we will definitely be coming back (hopefully soon).

I can't say enough good things about this accommodation. The building was beautiful and the room followed suit. There wasn't a spot of dirt anywhere. The sheets were crisp and clean. Nice comfy bed and pillows. The shower was hot with good water pressure. The a/c worked like a charm after a long hot day. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. Perfect spot to watch the sunset. The location was excellent. Its about a 5-minute ride to the Romantic Zone. If you're thinking about booking, do it!! You won't regret it. As for Monica, she was a doll. Very helpful in assisting us throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again if we go back to PV!

The place is nice, safe, clean and pleasant, just what we were looking for!! I must mention that the apartment is in a 4to piso no elevator, we carry a vehicle, but it is retired from the tourist area.
