Apartment holiday rentals in Ithaca

I originally booked a hotel for my visit but am so happy I switched to Carolyn’s Airbnb instead. Easy check in, and everything was super stocked in the bathroom and kitchen, which was a nice surprise! Responsive and friendly host. Will definitely come again if I have the chance!

My girlfriend and I had a very pleasant stay at Brandon's house for seven nights. It was an excellent choice for a home base while we explored the Finger Lakes area, There isn't much else I can say about the home which hasn't already been said, it is as advertised and as reviewed by all of the others. Comfortable bed, warm shower (with good pressure), kitchen well stocked with utensils and very spacious (especially with the high ceilings). The neighborhood was very quiet (almost desolate to an extent). Brandon is well versed in being a great host, he has all the bases covered. Highly recommended. A+

Wonderful stay at this lovely apartment. Perfect location to Cornell and downtown Ithaca. Host was super accommodating and friendly. So much better than a hotel stay! We will definitely be back!

So I'll start by giving a glowing review! This was our first Airbnb experience and I feel like Sarah set the bar very high. We had a wonderful stay. We were blown away at how beautiful, pristine and nicely decorated her "Loft" was. It was fully stocked beyond our expectations. there was plenty of things for us to use if we needed them. Her deck outside was just gorgeous with a beautiful view, comfortable chairs and a gas fireplace. Sarah was very attentive and got back to me immediately when I had questions. You could literally forget your toiletries and you wouldn't have to worry because Sarah had them there for you. We were less than 10 minutes away from the heart of Watkins Glen. Easy drive into town. My husband was very impressed with the parking pad that we had right at the base of the stairs to get into the loft. The description of The loft on the Airbnb website was accurate. we loved our first Airbnb experience. we will definitely be back to Sarah's place.

We had such a great time at Andrew’s place! He was super helpful and gave us awesome tips on what to do around. The house looks just like the pictures, the beds are super comfy, and the coffee was amazing. Totally worth it!

Great host and great place. very well sitauted, ample parking. Hosts were very accommodating and responsive. Will stay here again.

This is the second time we have stayed at Timothy‘s gorgeous Victorian home. We stayed in a different unit this time and it was just as cozy and clean as the other one. We just love the home, the wood floors, the giant windows and on and on. This is a great location, a quick walk to downtown- coffee, grocery store, restaurants, museums and more. We did have a question for Timothy the first night we arrived and he responded within minutes. He’s a very nice and caring person. We will be staying again :)

Nice little getaway just 10-15 mins from downtown Ithaca and Cornell’s campus which made it perfect for a visit with privacy. The bed was INCREDIBLY comfortable - probably the most comfortable bed in an Airbnb that I’ve experienced ! Made everything very comfortable for us and Mariko and David even wrote a welcome note to us for my reunion ! Little touches which made for a great stay!

Thank you Suzanne! We enjoyed our stay and it was in great proximity of Cornell for our son's graduation. Just a couple of really small things to enhance guests' future stays. WD-40 on the bathroom doors and a little more comfortable sleeping pillows. Everything else was just great and we had an amazing weekend. The views of the pond and beyond and the serernity was just beautiful. The space was perfect for us. Thank you so much!

This was our third stay at Dan’s loft. As always we appreciate the clean, clutter-free space and very comfortable bed. Wi-Fi is fast; check-in a breeze. Karen was an exceptional host. She greeted us and made sure to answer any questions we may have had. She guided us to some local places to eat. Karen has a comfortable private space attached to her home and cannot wait to return.

I honestly cannot say enough good things about my experience with this host and the Airbnb. It is fairly rustic, which was completely fine for me. The location is spectacular, even though it’s right in the heart of everything it was still very peaceful there. I felt incredibly safe and well taken care of. The fact that I was able to bring my dog with me who was visiting Cornell for medical treatment, the fact that the host was so incredibly kind And caring, and that they welcomed us with open arms, made everything just so much better for me. The main bed that I used was incredibly comfortable and clean. They were extremely flexible with check in and check out which was so welcome given my challenging circumstances. I anticipate that I will be staying with them again . Thank you so so much for being such warm, welcoming and overall amazing hosts!!

My family stayed at Laura's place this weekend while I was in town for the Gorges Ithaca Half Marathon. I chose her home based on the excellent reviews and its convenient location for the race—and it absolutely lived up to expectations. The space was just as advertised: cozy, clean, and very comfortable. We felt right at home. I would definitely consider booking Laura’s place again if we’re ever back in the area.

Had such a great stay with no issues at all. Very nice private lodging right next to their main house and Jayden was friendly, very responsive, and helpful. Lovely decor which gave a cozy/homey yet modern feel with all new-looking and up to date amenities. Noticed a great selection of books available on the shelves. Also a nice garden/back area if you're looking for a peaceful retreat near some nice nature. Was way better than staying in Ithaca and easy to get to Ithaca/Seneca Lake for a weekend of hiking and wine-tasting. Would love to stay here again next time we're in the area!

This was a lovely stay. The location was perfect for our needs and provided comfort and respite. The area is beautiful with lots to do within driving distance. The accommodations were perfect for one or two people. The address was easy to get to and the instructions for getting to the place were clear and simple. I would highly recommend this host and plan to return soon. Thank you!

Any question I had was answered promptly. Access to the pool, hot tub, and fireplace was a nice touch. It was a secluded area, very quiet and peaceful. Close enough to several places, but not in the hustle and bustle of the main towns.

This is by far one of the best Airbnbs that I have stayed in. The location was perfect and the place was clean. It was super cute and perfect for me and my two daughters. The hot tube was an added plus too!! Would absolutely stay there again! The hosts were super friendly and so helpful. They felt like family. ❤️❤️❤️

Joan was an amazing and responsive host! My boyfriend and I stayed here for our 4 year anniversary and college graduation and it was a perfect spot. Amazing wineries ( we loved bully hills as it also had a restaurant) but also amazing ice cream and museums nearby. The place itself was perfect for us two! It’s a studio style but plenty of room as you also have the beautiful dock, fire-pit, and beach style water entrance. As it was too cold for us this time of year, we definitely plan on coming back when it’s warmer to take advantage of the water front access. We highly suggest coming if you’re looking for a get-away, you won’t regret!

Kirk and Mardi were great hosts and made sure we had resources available both for the bnb and the area!

The place was spacious and relaxing. It had a lot of charm - we loved the old farmhouse feel - and it had everything we needed. I appreciate little things like the electric tea kettle, and that there were extra towels in each bathroom. David was very responsive and helped when we had a small issue, but gave us plenty of space / privacy. We hope to return sometime soon!

This my 5th AirBnB in Ithaca in the past few years and this is nicest. I look forward to coming back with my wife. Beautifully set against a tributary gorge, you can hear the running stream out your bedroom window. Plenty of on street parking right out front. Seriously, I want to move in. I also enjoyed Kayla's select of teas in the mornings and the Apple TV service at night.
