Dammuso holiday rentals in Italy

Ich bin sehr überrascht über die wenigen Sterne, die einige Gäste Franco gegeben haben. Das ist absolut nicht gerechtfertigt. Wenn ich könnte, würde ich Franco 10 Sterne geben! Von Anfang an war Franco äußerst hilfsbereit. Bei unserer Ankunft hatten wir ein Problem mit der Autovermietung, da wir wegen unserer Kreditkarte kein Auto bekommen konnten. Franco bemerkte dies und half uns sofort. Er brachte uns zu einer anderen Autovermietung, wo wir problemlos ein Auto bekamen. Ohne seine Hilfe hätten wir unseren Urlaub größtenteils in der wunderschönen Unterkunft verbringen müssen. Bezüglich der Beschwerden einiger Gäste über den Zugang zum Meer: Wir hatten damit überhaupt kein Problem. Die Unterkunft gehört zu den schönsten, die ich je gesehen habe. Franco, seine Frau und ihre zuckersüße Tochter waren sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend. Ich kann jedem dem nach Tricase kommt, nur empfehlen, hier zu buchen. Alles in allem waren es wundervolle und erholsame Tage! Wir kommen wieder Grazie Franco

Our stay at Fiorella's dammuso was perfect. It is a bit isolated (which is what we wanted) and has a great sunset view. It is also perfect for stargazing. The dammuso has everything you need and more (fully equipped kitchen, hairdryer, iron, etc), also a super cute private terrace with a grill and an outdoor shower surrounded by jasmine, rosemary, cactus... A few cute cats even provided some entertainment! Fiorella was always available and super helpful (and speaks perfectly English).

Die Unterkunft ist ein Traum. Sehr ruhig inmitten von Olivengärten gelegen, bietet das Haus, dass selbst in einem großen Oliven und Obstgarten liegt alles um nach Tagen fleissigen umherreisens zu entspannen. In der vollausgestatteten Küche kann man gut arbeiten wenn man keine Lust hat ein Restaurant zu besuchen. Die Schlafzimmer haben sehr gute Matratzen, die beiden Bäder sind gut ausgestattet. Wenn es abends kühl sein sollte, lädt ein stimmungsvoller Wohnraum ein, ansonsten gibt es sowohl vor als auch hinter dem Haus eine schöne Terrasse. Wir haben am Ende unseres Aufenthalts nur ungern Abschied genommen. Vielen Dank an Federica für die Hilfe bei all unseren Fragen.

This is a true gem in a peaceful surrounding few minutes from the sea. You’ll sleep in a beautiful ‘trullo’ tastefully decorated, with all modern comforts.There is an impressive 25 metres pool and comfy sun loungers where you’ll be able to soak in the Sun and immerse yourself in nature. They are a couple of towns nearby for the restaurants and bars and a little further north, there is an exceptional Lido with a gorgeous beach and a restaurant worth eating at, called Lido Posto 9, not too far on the coast from Maruggio. Luana (Lulu) the host is exceptional, she is friendly and caring. She will make you feel right at home and will ensure that you have everything you need. 10 stars! 🌟 I couldn’t recommend this property highly enough and will surely be back Thank you again Lulu for this amazing experience ❤️

Our stay at the villa was perfect. It is easy to reach near towns such as Sorrento, Piano di Sorrento, Naples, Pompeii and Positano via car. I would highly recommend hiring a small car; we had a 4-door corsa which was just small enough to navigate the narrow drive-way and roads. The villa itself is clean and tidy with everything that you need such as a washing machine, oven and hob, spacious fridge, 3 bathrooms, two bedrooms and a large decking area. We really enjoyed using the barbecue and pool. The pool is completely private and is only a few steps away from the house. Nunzia was very responsive and answered all our enquires promptly. Umberto also answered our enquiries prior to our stay and gave us great recommendations for car hire and excursions. Overall, I think this place is definitely worth the price and allowed us to have a great week in Italy.

Our stay at this countryside villa in Todi was nothing short of magical. The property itself is breathtaking — surrounded by rolling hills, olive groves, and the tranquil beauty of Umbria. The villa was impeccably clean, tastefully decorated, and offered all the comforts of home with the added luxury of a sparkling pool overlooking the valley. Each morning felt like a dream as we sipped coffee under the pergola and watched the sun rise over the countryside. What truly set this experience apart, however, was the warmth and generosity of our host. Claudia and Alessandro welcomed us with a tasting of Alessandro’s homemade olive oil, which was absolutely divine. They also offered a selection of local wines and even Claudia’s own natural skin care products, all crafted with care and authenticity. This stay was the perfect blend of relaxation, culture, and indulgence. We left feeling completely rejuvenated and can’t wait to return.

Siamo stati benissimo nello splendido dammuso di Claudia, la posizione della casa è tranquillissima e l’alloggio ha una vista stupenda sul mare, anche dal letto e soprattutto dalla piscina e dalle sdraio all’ingresso. Il letto era confortevole e il bagno con accesso dall’esterno era molto comodo. La piscina è incredibile, perfetta per i giorni in cui c’è mare mosso e vento, isolata da tutti, perfettamente pulita tutti i giorni e super rilassante. Host super disponibile e gentile. Unica piccola difficoltà è la strada per arrivare alla casa, sterrata e stretta, per cui c’è bisogno di fare molta attenzione con la macchina. Speriamo di tornare in questo dammuso unico.

This was the perfect base for my young family of four- close enough to drive into Ostuni, Cisternino, and all of Puglia's small towns but also in a private location of its own, far away from the tourist crowds. We were able to join the fray but also detach at the end of the day and enjoy quiet afternoons and evenings at Marilla's beautiful place. Maria was very responsive and helped me with little extras that made our stay smoother and more enjoyable. It was like having a local contact, thank you very much!

Het appartement met grote groene tuin was fantastisch voor ons gezin. Wij hadden graag nog langer willen blijven. Het appartement was gemakkelijk te vinden, auto kon je neerzetten en koffers stonden gemakkelijk binnen. Het kleine stukje over de weg was voor ons geen probleem. Het was ontzettend schoon en je kan zien dat Monica en haar man veel liefde in alles hebben gestopt. De keuken was uitgebreid en er miste niks. Final Ligure en Finalborgo zijn ontzettend leuke en gezellige dorpjes. Binnen 2 minuten ben je bij het eerste restaurant en met 5 minuten bij het dorpsplein - beter kan niet. Monica was ontzettend flexibel met in en uitchecken en regelde zelfs gratis tickets voor de bus zodat wij gemakkelijk naar het strand konden (5min lopen naar de bus en 5min naar het strand). Wij zullen het iedereen aanraden en hopen graag terug te komen.

We had been dreaming about this island for a long time – and it was very important for us to stay not in a hotel, but in a dammuso, with a beautiful domed roof and a swimming pool. The house of Antonietta and her husband exceeded all our expectations - it was very nice and beautiful, clean, the roof was perfect, as was the view of the sea. It was very convenient and friendly that Antonietta met us at the airport and prepared a very tasty breakfast every morning. We were very lucky with the hosts and we enjoyed talking with them and learning more about the island. Thank you very much, we are very happy that we stayed EXACTLY here❤️

An adorable beach house! Stayed there with 6 of us which was comfortable with the large balcony. A walk to the beach and a short drive into the beautiful Porto Ercole which is where we had dinner most nights. Thanks for having us to stay.

Hands down the best Airbnb experience I’ve had at over 50 stays! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The home is not only beautiful and comfortable, but so thoughtfully prepared. Every detail made us feel welcome & at home. The views? Absolutely breathtaking. We watched the sunset while grilling local meats & sipping wine. The nearby beaches, just a short hike away, are among the most stunning I’ve ever seen: secluded, uncrowded, and untouched. Scopello is just a quick 15-minute drive, a gourmet grocery & café are only 8 minutes drive—super convenient. But what truly made this stay exceptional was Francesco, the host. He’s incredibly kind, attentive, & fully committed to making your stay the best it can be. He checked in daily to see how we were doing, offered fantastic local recommendations, & was always availab e if we needed anything. We didn’t want to leave—& we’re already dreaming of our return. If you’re lucky enough to see this place available, book it!

Stupenda esperienza purtroppo troppo breve. Vivere il tramonto da questo dammuso è un’emozione unica e non così facilmente trovabile sull’isola che già conoscevo. Scendere i gradini e trovarsi dentro questa meraviglia non ha prezzo. La piscina protetta dalla vegetazione e’ una coccola incredibile. Tutto perfetto e con un’atmosfera romantica. Ho visto altri dammuso dove ero ospite da amici ma questo ha una posizione unica . Vorrei essere lì adesso. Mi è rimasto nel cuore espero di poterci tornare al più presto. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche bei Silvia in Capo di Ponte. Die Unterkunft ist für zwei Personen mit Kind und Hund eine hervorragende Option. Die Kommunikation mit Silvia war sehr gut. In capo di Ponte ist nicht viel los, im Umkreis gibt es viele Möglichkeiten was zu unternehmen. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, die Ruhe tat gut. Vielen Dank nochmal!

Un luogo magico dove la natura è la protagonista! nonostante l’incredibile bellezza della casa, curata ogni singolo particolare, ciò che mozza il fiato sono il giardino e l’impagabile vista. Spero di poter tornare presto in questo luogo dove il tempo sembra scorrere ad un ritmo più calmo. Adatto a godersi ogni singolo istante in questo paradiso.

Ideales kleines Sommerhaus mit traumhaften Pool, der zum Schwimmen einlädt. Wir hatten das ganze Grundstück alleine für uns. Entspannung pur. Für unseren Hund gab es genug zu entdecken und direkt nebenan ein Wanderweg bis zur Bergspitze. Man kann von hier die Toskana in all ihren Farben erleben und wer gern im Meer baden möchte, der Weg ist nicht weit. So wie viele andere Highlights. Unsere Gastgeber waren stets erreichbar und um unser Wohlbefinden bemüht, danke dafür. Danke für den schönen Urlaub.

Wer die Schönheit Sardiniens erkunden will, ist in der Unterkunft von Mauro definitiv richtig. Sehr schön gelegen, hat man durch die hügelige Lage mit drei Nachbarn absolute Ruhe bei genialem Meerblick. Parkplatz ist direkt vor der Tür und angrenzend an die große Terrasse mit schönen Gartenmöbeln. Im Inneren erwartet einen ein großzügiges Wohnzimmer mit einer großen Couch und Essbereich. Direkt daran angrenzend sind Küche und Bad (sogar mit Tageslicht). Das Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss ist über eine etwas steilere Treppe erreichbar aber sehr schön groß geschnitten mit einem großen Kleiderschrank. Erdgeschoss und Obergeschoss sind jeweils mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet und das Haus verfügt auch über eine reichhaltige Ausstattung. W-Lan ist ebenfalls verfügbar. Der Kontakt zu Mauro war super schnell und unkompliziert. Jede Frage wurde schnell beantwortet, bisher definitiv die beste und freundlichste Kontaktaufnahme! Mietwagen ist bei diesem Airbnb obligatorisch!

This is a really great property. You are a 10 minute drive from town and theres a selection of great beaches closeby.. The team were very responsive when we had questions, and found solutions quickly and easily. A great stay!

This is a great villa with sensational views. Well equipped and clean. The road to the villa is narrow so best for those with a modest sized vehicle but the views at the end are worth it. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and interacting with our host.

Our family had a wonderful vacation at Casa Lulu. We enjoyed the pool and comfortable seating outside. The property is very private and secluded if you’re looking for more of a quiet setting, but only 15-20 minutes to Monopoli and beaches. The house had everything you needed to cook and we appreciated how quiet and private each of the bedrooms were. Antonella helped us with check in and was very responsive and helpful during our stay.

Roberto and Giulia were very proactive and helpful in the communication. Check in was flexible, so we were even allowed to get in earlier. the Area is nice, but a little further from the City Center and on our first day public transportation was not working so we walked an hour into the city center. the appartment is really close vatikan city, so if this is where you want to spend your time it's awesome.

Absolutely stunning location, private, peaceful and was exactly what I was hoping for in Pantelleria. The host was very responsive and helpful, we loved the decorating and minimal aesthetic. Great kitchen for cooking. The patio is a beautiful place to sit at night and look at stars. Great place for a small group or also for a couple alone. Very important to note: you have to walk about 5-7 minutes around a trail that's a little rocky - so pack accordingly large suitcases that must roll would be impossible. Also there's no washing machine - so prepare accordingly. That being said this is why the place is so peaceful and amazing. Make sure to have plenty of bottled water for drinking. We definitely would return. Thank you!!!
