Monthly Rentals in Italy Hill State Forest

Acorns Away was the perfect Airbnb for my trip. Linda was incredibly thoughtful and accommodating. Clean and comfortable. Not to mention, beautiful and private.

My girlfriend and I were in Penn Yan for a wedding. Paulina’s place was in a great location quick drive to downtown and the lake. We were only a single couple but there is plenty of room for two couples; the unit is overall spacious, two large bedrooms, 3/4 bath + additional 1/2 bath. Good value, I would recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay here. Unfortunately it was rainy and you cannot go swimming in the pond here, but we had everything we wanted inside this beautiful home to spend a fabulous weekend. Beds (all furniture really) were totally comfortable. The view is gorgeous even with rain and getting inside and using facilities was easy as could be. Would love to visit again!

We visit the finger lakes region several times a year and this is space and location was a perfect fit for us. Friendly responsive host who has clear instructions to everything. A very clean, well supplied place.
