The apartment was very well equipped (home from home), clean and spacious. Large balcony with fantastic sea view. Conveniently located for Pizzo and easy reach by car to Tropea and the beaches of the Costa degli Dei. Easy access to the beach in front of the villa with a nice terrace on the ground floor which can also be used by guests. The sound of the train overnight only minor inconvenience. Great place overall and in my opinion great value for money.

Lovely stay at this cosy apartment. Best of all was Enrico’s, Franco and Ornella’s attention to detail all the time. Thank you for your helpful advice and suggestions on how to get from the airport!

It was great staying in one of the houses in Gianfranco and Gabriella's popular hotel. We stayed in the Chiani house, it is very well cared for with a attention to every detail typical of craftsmanship and the Calabrian tradition. Gianfranco and Gabriella are very kind and gave us great suggestions on the villages to visit and local activities. Living in Belmonte was an unforgettable experience, the house is set in the Middle Ages, looking out over the alleys and enjoying the views gave us the opportunity to participate in the millenary history of the villages of Calabria. We highly recommend staying with Gianfranco and Gabriella both to enjoy the beautiful beaches of Calabria and to live the experience of the medieval village of the crafts of Calabria.

Luigi met us at check in. He did not speak English, but it worked. We had absolute privacy and the view from the balcony was breathtaking. We were greeted by birds every morning and a view to the sea. Unfortunately for us, many restaurants were closed for the season. However we were able to get into two with reservation. The apartment is located well next to the main piazza and parking in front of the building was easy. We stayed four nights with no regrets.

Nothing to say about the accommodation. Compatible with the price and descriptions. Condominium structure a little abandoned, but equipped with a very kind and helpful caretaker. Clean, perfect apartment, equipped with all comforts. The problem arose with a very large leak from the apartment upstairs, obviously not attributable to the host, making it impossible to continue the stay. Antonio, at his own expense, immediately found us another solution, far superior in quality and services. Fantastic, available, hospitable, always attentive to our needs. We discovered a wonderful person who, even in discomfort, did everything possible, and even the impossible, to guarantee us a fantastic stay. I recommend both the host and the property in question, despite the critical issues of the context, but for the price and services it is excellent.

Leandro’s house was in a very convenient location - near the beach, shops and restaurants. Inside it was clean and comfortable and as described. Leandro was very helpful and flexible with time when we asked for an early check in and late check out. He even left a large bowl of fruit and water in the fridge for us.

And what to say,everything as described house with all the comforts of beautiful sea in front of the house everything was perfect and then Mr. Sergey was very kind, available on everything and then with Mr. Salvatore, a perfect couple!!! Good luck and goodbye next year 💪💪💪💪💪

the village is beautiful, cared for and offers all the necessary amenities. The house is very nice, slightly smaller than it seemed in the photos but super comfortable, cared for, clean and very equipped. Vivienne is super available, always ready to solve those very small inconveniences that can happen and resolves them in no time. The small distance from home to the beach is only hindered by a climb that in the hottest hours required the use of the car but otherwise it was pleasant. the place is lovely, for the boys it is the ideal place full of guys of all ages with whom to make friends and nights in total tranquility of their parents... in short, a week was too short! super recommended!!!

Excellent location. Beach is absolutely lovely and we didn’t want for anything more. Marco was quick to respond to any questions and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had a fantastic week at the house. The location is perfectly close to a very nice quiet beach and the view is beautiful. The coast is incredibly beautiful, otherwise it is very quiet in this area. The house was very nice, everything was present and we felt at home there. Henry is a very friendly and helpful host, always available for a chat. Definitely recommended!

Maria’s home was beautiful, peaceful, and spacious. It was just like the photos, and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking at home. We appreciated the ability to stay on the beach from morning until nighttime, since the house is right across the street from the water. The beds were comfortable, the on site manager was helpful and friendly, and the owner was responsive and welcoming. By the time we arrived in mid September, the beach restaurants were closed and it was already the off season, but we enjoyed the empty beach and quiet evenings. You will enjoy this wonderful property!

Beautiful place, right on the beach, quiet, romantic place. Everything is new and clean. A short walk to Pizzo. We'd love to come back. Definitely recommend 😉

La Casetta Mario, run by Mrs. Rosaria is delightful and in the historic center of Tiriolo! Mrs. Rosaria was extremely helpful and kind in giving us directions to the beautiful village of Tiriolo and its surroundings, super recommended :)

Tatiana's beach house is just perfect for a relaxing stay by the sea. We especially liked the loving decor and that you have direct beach access - it couldn't be better: Tatiana is a very nice host, with lots of tips. She even took us to the train station. Thank you for the wonderful stay!
