Relax on Lake Champlain with family or friends! Our cozy two bedroom cottage can comfortably accommodate up to four people. Inside you’ll find 500 square feet of cleanliness, warmth and maritime style. A grill and new full kitchen provide the culinary options of home. A stylish bar/island compliments both kitchen and living areas. Outside you’ll find two spacious decks. One has a nautical feel, overlooking the lake, built of original stone and wood. A second larger deck overlooks the meadow.

The property has its own rocky beach and dock, a perfect location for fishing, boating, and all other water based activities. With a bedroom (double bed + single inflatable mattress), a living room with smart TV without cable for your subscriptions (Netflix…), a well-equipped kitchen, bathroom/shower and a dining room. There is double parking. It's a modest house near the neighbors and the noisy road.

Beautiful, newly renovated home on lake Champlain. There are hardwood floors throughout the living area as well as natural stone tile in the kitchen and bathroom. At the front of the house, there is a large four season enclosed porch. The access to the lake is via a steep gravel ramp. The beach is rocky, so water shoes are recommended. Come enjoy stunning views of Isle Lamotte and Lake Champlain sunsets from your private enclosed porch!
