An ideal 2-night stay in this small cozy accommodation. The setting is wonderful and soothing and ideally located for cycling or on the lake. No complaints, I'll be back as soon as possible!

Hélène's accommodation is very well equipped, very welcoming, a nice terrace and on the edge of a beautiful river. Hélène is a caring and very available hostess. I recommend it for a peaceful, quiet stay, close to Annecy but away from its hustle and bustle!

Very cool accommodation for 2, equipped apartment, comfortable bed, easy to cook, spacious shower. Very well located, close to shops and restaurants. The bedroom overlooks the street, so be careful if you're a light sleeper. Stephanie is kind and responsive, thank you for the recommendations!! In short, I highly recommend it, we had a great stay.

Great weekend with girlfriends in this cute maisonette. Thanks to Margaux for her sympathy and responsiveness by message throughout our stay! :) We enjoyed everything the accommodation could offer us: bike ride by the lake, nature walks nearby, brunch in the city center, aperitif on the terrace, and movie night on the big screen! A peaceful place, furnished with passion and authenticity, that we are delighted to have been able to discover. Thank you again!

This practical, functional and ideally located apartment is distinguished above all by the breathtaking view it offers of the famous hanging houses of Pont-en-Royans. All the activities and sites to see in the village are less than 5 minutes' walk away, while enjoying the slight retreat offered by its location, a little high, so as not to suffer the effervescence that reigns in the main street. It is therefore an ideal pied-à-terre to discover this picturesque site and its magnificent surroundings. We also greatly appreciated the freshness inside, in relatively warm weather for the end of May. Ludovic was considerate and concerned about our well-being, invested and present when needed. Excellent welcome from Nicolas, warm and responsive host. The accommodation has direct access to the river as well as the bike lane. Tbien located in this area full of hikes of all levels and great restaurants. Ideal pied-à-terre to be bcp outside. Recommended + +++. We keep the address and will surely come back.

A place with a really relaxing and quiet setting, ideal for clearing your head and enjoying with friends or family. The only neighbors are the goldfish in the pond and the cows in the surrounding plots 😄😄😄 Really satisfied with this reservation 👌👌

Very nice location, with stunning lake views. We really enjoyed the view, as well as the layout of the cottage, while we spent the Christmas holidays there, mostly indoors.

This home is amazing: a retreat by the lake. The view in the morning is worthy of Monet's painting "Impression of the sunrise". During the day, everyone can enjoy the activities (ping pong, foosball, games in the lawn, ...) and the lake if the weather is nice. It is an ideal place to gather our whole family with infants and children in the 7 bedrooms. In the evening, the living room is an ideal place to gather together while keeping the beautiful view of the lake. The very well-equipped kitchen makes it possible to make good meals and enjoy them on the terrace. Already wanting to go back ...

The house is rather unusual - tall and thin - but very cleverly designed with the sitting room and two of the bedrooms with fabulous views the lake. It’s only 100 yards down to the lake where we swam every day. Talloire village is about 3kms away We all agreed it was a lovely house and we would definitely stay there again.

Great stay at Maryline's! The accommodation was perfectly as described, clean, comfortable and in a good location. The welcome was warm and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this accommodation and I will not hesitate to come back during my next visit to Aix-les-Bains.

We had a wonderful stay at Claude and Michelle's. The kitchen was really well equipt and we enjoyed cooking and eating on the terrace at lunchtime when we needed to keep out of the sun 🌞. The apartment was extremely clean and was well laid out and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Lastly, the location was perfect for accessing the bike path, buses and the beach. As it is just off the market square, there was some noise in the mornings, but this wasn't too disruptive and was to be expected. Thank you again for having us 🙏😊

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. Thomas is a welcoming and responsive host, who provided us with all the information we needed to fully enjoy our stay. The location is ideal: bike path just behind, hiking trails nearby, and shops easily accessible. The view is beautiful, the apartment is cozy and well-equipped. Access to the private beach and pontoon is a real plus! We leave delighted, with very beautiful memories.
