Small warm cottage in the middle of the mountain with a view of a pretty pond, I enjoyed the setting very much. Marie welcomes us very well and the room is functional. Breakfast is complete, perfect for starting the day well. I recommend

Carole was a genuinely exceptional host, she looked after me extremely well during my stay, was very attentive and provided lots of recommendations. Her apartment is located in a beautiful building near the river and is easily walkable to lots of bars, restaurants, and site-seeing locations. It’s also only a 20 minute walk from the train station. It couldn’t have been more perfect for my stay.

Excellent stay, impeccably clean cottage in Old Bourg, a dark hair, it's an old house, but we're not in the Bauges to cocoon, large rooms, and conveniently located with great breakfast. Super nice bistros within walking distance (Le Beauju and Clarines) different but very nice one and the other, close to the supermarket, beautiful bike and walking tours from the cottage, really excellent.

We had a wonderful stay at the castle. The setting is beautiful, we would have stayed longer if we had the opportunity. Many activities are offered within the estate: swimming pool, sauna, jaccuzi, bike rides, massages etc... We were welcomed with our puppies who were really able to have fun in the large park. Pleasantly surprised by the restaurant which was delicious. In short, I recommend the Château des Ayes 100% for a refreshing weekend.

The appartment has a breathtaking view of the lake as well as a hot tub which I don’t think the listing advertised (we didn’t use it as the weather was so hot but a nice to have!) Check in was easy with a code and we appreciated the nice touches left by the host. We all slept really well each night which is unusual for us. We would love to stay here again. My only request would be to please stock more toilet roll next time.

Beautiful home, nice place to stay

Caroline is a very cordial host and her lodge a nice place to stay. Starting from there, we did some very nice hiking and the landscape is really beautiful. In August, the season is quite busy and you have a lot of hikers coming by, most of them heading to the Lake Lauvitel.

Béatrice welcomed us to her lovely home with a lovely drink. We loved the location, the artistic sculpture and objects scattered around her home. Béatrice is a lovely welcoming host and it was great to have a swim after our journey. We would absolutely stay with Béatrice again.

we were really warmly welcomed, got a good explanation/description. They were incredibly hospitable, but they did respond to your privacy. since we were there in a very warm period, the pool and air conditioning were of priceless value. Petra and Willem

A short stay because we came to Chonas for a wedding, Aude adapted to our organizational needs for check-in and check-out. The cottage was perfect and we would have liked to take more time to enjoy the place and get to know the host better.

Great hostel at the top of the machine pass. Wonderful environment and very good restaurant. Very good welcome. We will return without hesitation.

We had a lovely evening enjoying the games room, swimming pool, hammam, etc.. the hotel is well located which makes it possible to get around on foot. We had a nice view of the room too. I definitely recommend this place.

I very rarely post reviews, but there... the stay was really nice. Although limited to one room, we had a private part of the house and enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the veranda, with small homemade sweets and an amazing view of Lyon. You may also have the honor of greeting Sahow, an adorable Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. The bedding is just great, with the only sound of the little birds for a gentle awakening in the morning. I can compare directly to Radisson in the center of Lyon, for which I should give less than 5 stars compared to this Airbnb. Next to the pool, which we unfortunately did not use because it was too cold, is the Monticelli Showroom (see Google). I redone my men's wardrobe! I don't even tell you for a wife! To be clear, I kept in touch and am sure to make another stay. Thank you again to the mistress of the house.

I highly recommend this listing! It is quiet, pleasant and well designed with everything you need for a great stay in Savoy. We were very pleasantly hosted by our hosts, who advised us on many activities in the area. We had a lovely trip to this area!

What a wonderful place to stay. The cottage and grounds are very nice and well equipped. A lovely quiet place with amazing views. We were very kindly received and felt very welcome. We would love to come back!

Great stay, perfect for relaxing and resting. The rooms are comfortable, the meals at the restaurant are good, the breakfast service is amazing. The SPA is really nice, especially the outside! I would highly recommend this hotel for a weekend in Lyon.

There's so much passion in this spot of earth. Gilles is a person who is passionate about his design projects, this love can be found in so many small places in the accommodation. Aesthetic and so natural. We felt absolutely comfortable at every moment. Whether cooling off in the pool, enjoying the breathtaking views, or dreaming in the hammocks. A huge thanks to Gilles for sharing and maintaining this beautiful spot of earth. With dedication, Gilles showed us around and explained everything on his property.
