New quiet house, 4 minutes (3 km) from the A42 Toll Exit 7, 35 minutes from Lyon by highway. Close to Pérouges medieval village. Meximieux train station is 10 minutes away as well as the Bugey power station. The room is spacious, with reversible air conditioning, and is located next to the bathroom with walk-in shower, and the toilet is also upstairs. Downstairs, an equipped kitchen that opens onto a large living room. Fridge with milk, juice, coffee etc. for breakfast.

Small paradise surrounded by greenery inhabited all year long by a family (Anna, Erwin and her 5 children) delighted to make beautiful meetings, to share this place with their guests, in love with nature and animals (donkeys, sheep, goats, hens, ducks). The place is equipped with a common swimming pool, an "Alvarium", outdoor play areas.

Guest house

On the hill , the guest house is an old rammed bread oven transformed into a 70 m2 dwelling on two floors in a traditional Savoyard rammed farmhouse. The garden you will have is private and enclosed. A ten-minute drive from the beautiful Lake Aigueblette which means "pretty little water" patois and a 5-minute drive from the shops. I have patiently renovated art craftsmanship with natural materials and old and old-fashioned techniques for 13 years .
