Perfect location to do anything on foot. Access to the Flumet Basin on foot by a small path with a nice view. A functional and pretty apartment. Thanks to Nathalie for her quick response. I recommend.

A charming characterful house located in the heart of the beautiful village of Mirmande. You have at least 5 excellent restaurants in the village, all within easy walking distance. The house was very clean and has a modern kitchen. It is also extremely peaceful and beautifully quiet. The little roof terrace will be a lovely asset during the warmer months. Marie is a helpful host and we would like to return someday.

A very quiet night for a very short stay but very pleasant setting and very friendly accommodation. I recommend it.

My family and I really enjoyed staying at Olivier’s. From the moment we booked he was easy to contact , answered all our questions and was there when we arrived to show us where everything is and make sure we were happy. The Factory is charming . Very cleverly designed with everything you need and very private.. We stayed with our 2 grown up daughters and we were all very comfortable. The Factory has easy access to the old town of Lyon. Only a few mins walk to the furniculaire which takes you right into the old town. The Roman ruins and the Basilica are a 15-20 mins walk away. Olivier was sure to be on hand as we were leaving too. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Lyon. Thank you very much , Olivier!

We loved staying at Catherine’s. It was very quiet inside and very easy to walk to restaurants and the river. Catherine was very quick to respond. We had one couple and two singles in our group of four… so we each had our own cozy bedroom. Thank you Catherine!

We had a great time at Christine's place. We were greeted by Virginia, who was very available, and we loved the house and its garden, which offer great comfort in the city center. All the necessary shops are within walking distance, as is the river and the departure of beautiful walks, and the house has a garage if necessary. Really, we recommend 100%, an exceptional place to stay!

Amazing place to stay in Bourg, great location very close to the main shops. Gayle was extremely helpful and friendly. The storage room downstairs was very handy when unpacking bikes and general bike maintenance, thank you!!

During our stay in Sévrier, everything was perfect. Starting with the very warm welcome from Nicolas, the good restaurant tips and the accommodation itself which was perfect for our stay. We had an excellent stay in this very well-appointed house, perfect for the three couples with three children that we were. The possibility of renting bikes on site so as to get to Annecy in less than 10 minutes by bike path was very pleasant and the highlight is the ease of access to the nearby beaches. The kayak and paddle available are great! In summary, I can only highly recommend this accommodation, both in the quality of the service and the friendliness of Nicolas. We'll be back for sure!

Clean and quiet place. A little noisy and very busy city but lots of shops on site. Well located at the foot of the Vercors for quiet nature walks
