We had a pleasant stay at the residence La Baie des Voiles in Duingt. The space was clean and well kept. The setting is simply beautiful, with a splendid view of Lake Annecy which went a long way in making our stay memorable. Host was very responsive to our requests. As a bonus, we had the pleasure of discovering a welcome gift upon arrival, a delicate attention. We strongly recommend this place to anyone who wants to have an unforgettable time in this beautiful region.

Very well located apartment, in the center of Duingt. We had a pleasant time despite a very capricious weather. The apartment is close to several restaurants and a convenience store which is a plus:). Nearby road traffic may be inconvenient during rush hours, if you want to fully enjoy the balcony. The view of Lake Annecy is really sumptuous, thank you Sophie!

Amazing apartment overlooking the lake. Stunning views at all times of day. The village of Duight is beautiful and a great base for a break at the lake. Apartment was very clean and comfortable. Secure parking directly outside.

We had a great time, the accommodation was clean and very well located. Aïssam was very responsive to all our requests and very friendly. What we preferred was the location of the apartment with access to the private beach.

Hello, very good welcome, quick answers to questions, flexible check-in. Location close to the lake and the very nice bike path.

A short stay at Guillaume's but ideally located south of Lake Annecy. Large and very functional. Communication with Guillaume was perfect and he was very accommodating! We'll be happy to go back!

Great location for lake access for swimming and other water sports as well as bike hire and trekking in the hills. Apartment was clean and well stocked with cooking appliances for self catering.

we had a relaxing stay, the peids in the water:) the bedding was of good quality. The gite had the expected comfort. The site is very nice with swimming pool and games room. the first shops are only 10 min walk. Sébastien is attentive, present and discreet at the same time. Their recommendations are always relevant. A beautiful encounter in a beautiful region.

Old house, clean and comfortable to live in because it is very well equipped (dishes, grocery store, games/books, freezer, barbecue...). We also really appreciated that towels were provided and beds were made upon arrival! The garden with direct access to the lake via the dock, is a major asset that contributes to the charm of the place. Marion is a considerate, accommodating host, with whom communication was very easy. The check-in and check-out management with Celine took place in a simple and seamless way. A big thank you to both of you! In short, this is a beautiful place to rest, recharge and have a great time with family or a group of friends!

A great stay with Sebastien and his family. The setting is beautiful and very relaxing. Ideal with children as there is a swing, a trampoline, the pool, games for the older ones. A little corner of bucolic heaven we'll come back to, for sure. It's rare to find an airbnb like this, go without a second thought!

Marie-Pierre was a good host and very responsive to my messages. She did reply to my first questions after I booked the flat. The flat was easy to find and she was there to show us around and hand the keys. Everything was very clean and the amenities were all there. It is very close to the lake and just a 100m walk to a tiny but nice sand beach. 5min walk to the bakery and grocery store. There's also a bike rental close by. Marie-Pierre gave us recommendations of activities to do and places to visit. The only little downside was that the bed was abit wobbly and the toilet was too. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and the balcony too!

We had a great time at Laetitia's home. It is very well located in a small village by the lake but a little away from traffic, a short walk from the mountain to go for a walk. The house is furnished in a special way (the upstairs living room, the bedroom on the ground floor), but that's no problem. Nothing to complain about the furniture and equipment in the kitchen. There is a nice little garden, with furniture, barbecue, and the river flowing right next door. Thank you to Laetitia and her parents for the welcome, the tips during the stay, the drive. We highly recommend this address!

We had a great time at Nanou's. Perfect, clean, spacious accommodation with 2 terraces depending on the location of the sun. Very well equipped, satisfactory amount of dishes, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge with freezer. The accommodation is temperate if you close all the shutters of the rooms in the sun during the day. It was very nice and warm during our stay but we did not suffer from the heat at night. Accommodation 100 m from the lake with a very small beach. Another larger one is a 15-minute walk away. Bike path at the end of the road that goes around the lake. Electric bike available in Sevrier and Annecy set up by the municipality, 1st half hour free, free buses all around the lake in July and August, perfect for getting around. Beautiful places to visit, I recommend ++ only downside is the prices are unaffordable in Annecy, the restaurants are very expensive. To conclude I really recommend Nanou's house, a great place to share.

We had a great time on Adrien's star. The boat is as described, it is comfortable and well-equipped. It is super stable and does not move. You can go there even if you are subject to seasickness. The harbor is quiet and peaceful. The location is top. Having breakfast on the terrace of the boat lets you think the Bourget lake belongs to you. Just bring a vehicle for shopping. Cherry on the cake: Adrien is a very host friendly and super responsive. We recommend it 10 times.

It's a nice place, ideal for meeting with friends. The games and baby equipment were much appreciated by our new friend Noah! There is plenty of space, room to park. The place is nice, and the hosts are very responsive
