Beachfront holiday rentals in Ischia

We had a wonderful stay at Rosa’s place! The sea-facing balcony is brilliant for watching the sunset. The entire place feels very spacious and it is nicely decorated.

Marco’s apartment was perfect. It is a very good size and well equipped. There are outstanding views from the terrace. On my arrival it was raining heavily & dark so I asked Marco if he could recommend anywhere nearby to eat. He made some good suggestions but also let me know he could arrange delivery of food from his own restaurant which is what I opted for - best choice ever !! The food and the service were outstanding so I did the same the following night. Marco was fantastic as a host. Whenever I messaged he responded almost straight away & was so helpful. I’d recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Procida & hopefully I’ll return.

I can say only positive things about Gaetano and his apartment. We really enjoyed staying there. It's perfectly located (5 minutes from the beach), well equiped and clean. Gaetano as a host is super friendly and helpfull. We received a lot of hints from him, which were really beneficial for us during our trip. He is very responsive so if you will need anything be sure that he will reply super fast.

Marinas place was absolutely fabulous. It’s a beautiful authentic Italian villa next to a beautiful beach with clear water. The nature of the location is hilly but it’s an old fishing village so this is part of the charm. No cars in the place. We couldn’t have had a nicer few days. The whole family loved it. It was spotless and communication was excellent. It felt like a real home it had everything to cook etc. thank you Marina!

We had a fantastic stay. The location was beautiful, the BnB was clean and well stocked, and the host was responsive to all inquiry’s! Highly recommend the location and the host, a wonderful listing. We had trouble initially locating the BnB, only because there is another residence with the same address just down the street which was confusing Apple Maps. The BnB is also directly beside the main road, so it is fairly common to hear traffic through the day and at night.

Our stay at Marco's place was lovely, the view from the balcony/patio was stunning! The accomodation was spotlessly clean, and we had everything we needed. The bed was comfy and the wifi worked great. Marco was very responsive to any questions we had, and sent us clear information before getting there on arrival/check in, as well as suggestions for restaurants/beaches/transport around the local area. The only thing to be aware of is that there are a number of stairs from street level to the house, so if stairs are not your friend, you might want to look elsewhere. Also, although parking is at the house, which worked fine, the driveway is more of an uphill squeeze, so if you are hiring a car, go on the smaller size to make getting up and down easier. That being said, there is a bus stop litterally outside the front of the house and the buses are cheap and regular, so you won't need to use your car everyday. - We did trips to Naples and Capri via the bus! the location is perfect in front of the pubic beach. Giuseppe excente, I'll give us an umbrella and lounge chairs, always ready for what we needed, Eduald. They filled us with the thermal pool for us. It's a highly recommended place

Pacos place was wonderful. the pools and sauna were a nice way to relax at the end of the day. the view was spectacular and the sunsets were amazing!

It was our first experience on Airbnb, and it went very well. Roberto's house is in a wonderful location with an enchanting view. He proved to be precise, punctual, and always present to satisfy our requests.

We LOVED Maria and Enrico’s place. We came here in family with our two daughters (2 years and 7 months old) The place was even better than expected in all senses. Maria and Enrico welcomed us like family with amazing local recommendations (taxi, wine, market, restaurant) and make us feel like super guests. Extremely welcoming, caring and friendly couple. Communication was A+++ The surroundings are stunning and peaceful, with the pool (spa heated with natural thermal source), the trees and the view. The pools and BBQ are shared as expected but never made us feel like the place was crowded. Our appartments felt very private too. People are mostly Italian tourists which felt also great for us. Walkable distance to supermarkets and public beach. Bus stop at 2 min, easy to go around. Go to Panza, really cute with a local market, and Formo (market comunale) and taverna verde (best food ever, family running restaurant). After a fee nights, they gave us new towels and extra toilet paper

Rubina’s apartment is beautiful, clean and has everything you need for a short or longer stay. With a beautifull terrace. Apartment it’s even bigger than it looks on the pictures. It is located in Uto-ring complex in Forio, that has 2 outdoor pools and 1 indoor, where I went for my morning swim. The sea with a beautiful beach it’s across the street, bus station near the entrance, the center with all the shops and restaurants 3 minutes away on foot. The host is nice and helpful and they really make sure you feel comfortable and have the best Ischia experience. I will definitely be back next year.

The place is small, but cozy. Big terrace, where you can cook! 3 swimming pools, extremely well-maintained, not crowded, only for residents. Overall the place is great for vacation, public beach just 2 min walk! Enjoyed the stay. Thank you!

Great stay in this place. Looked exactly like the photos with a lovely balcony and sea view. The apartment was also very quiet yet easily walkable within a few minutes to the main road and town to find restaurants, cafes etc.

The property is absolutely beautiful! Flowers, and fruit trees everywhere. Several areas to relax or have dinner outside including the two patios on your rental. The family was lovely and brought us fresh linens a few days in. We will definitely be coming back to visit this beautiful island and apartment. Thank you so much for the lovely stay!

Had the most beautiful stay in Ischia at Pasqualinas place. The view was incredible and very short walk into the centre. Pasqualina was very accomodating and helpful. Very warm stay, highly recommended!!

Bianca’s place was fantastic. Super comfy bed and pillows, easy-to-understand AC unit, couldn’t hear any traffic, and in the heart of Forio. Bianca herself was quick to respond and super friendly.

An excellent choice for exploring Ischia without a car. Centrally located, well-equipped, and expertly hosted. The apartment is spacious, luminous and lovely and the hosts welcoming and thoughtful.

We absolutely loved our stay here at Anna's house - we didn't want to leave!! The balcony provides a great view of the port below, a great breakfast spot, read a book or have an evening cocktail overlooking the water. The bedrooms are spacious, the house was very clean, and everything is in order. Sant Angelo was the highlight of our week on Ischia. Anna is the sweetest host, she is so friendly and kind. She left us marmalade she made from her fruit tree, and she was so helpful with local recommendations. We are already talking about coming back next summer, we had such a relaxing and enjoyable time.

We loved our stay in Forio at Daniele’s beautiful apartment! Apart form the great location, the place is much bigger than we thought, including a super big terrace! The apartment was spotless and super clean! Daniele was one of the best hosts we’ve ever had- from picking us from the port, to always sharing very useful recommendations! We hope to come back soon!

This was a top location at a 5-minute walk (although uphil) from the harbour where you find a great variety of terrfic restaurants. Ithe apartment is spacious and great outside sitting.

I stayed in the Itala accommodation for only 2 nights on the weekend of June 2. We had a great time. The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos on the website. Perfectly clean and with everything you need for a longer vacation. The owner's responsiveness to messages sent is excellent and fast. The bus stop 7 is very convenient, 10 meters from the house. The fishermen's beach is 50 meters away. Really happy to have been able to stay with you. Thanks for everything
