The newly-builted 40m2 home is located in Marina Corricella, a pedestrian area easily reachable, 7mt from the sea. To reach the house, there are 2 sets of staircases for a total of 30 steps. From the small terrace you can overlook the arrival of fishermen' boats. Nearby there are restaurants, bars, icecream shops and local handicraft shops. Chiaia beach is reachable by feet (20min) or by taxi boat service. In the spring/summer passengers transport by hydrofoil from Sorrento to Procida are active

My House is in centre, but in a quiet street, in few minutes you are in shopping centre, on the beach, on the port and on bus stop. The house leaves aghast because is much more beautiful live than in pictures! This is a great satisfaction for me. Crossed the road,you can get a ferry-boat or hydrofoil to visit the isles of Capri and Procida that are not very far from Ischia or,if you want,you can organize a visit to Pompei (the famous archeologic place). 3 bedrooms with air conditioning

"Casetta" a stone's throw from the sea!

My accommodation is less than 1km from the center of Forio, from the public transport that connects Forio with all the other municipalities. The nearest beaches are Cava on the island, Citara where there is also the Poseidon thermal park, Chiaia. 100 meters away is a kiosk with a descent to the sea for breakfast lunch and amazing sunset aperitifs! The village is well served, shops, supermarkets, fish market,bar,pubs and restaurants! Ideal for a couple's stay!

Newly refurbisced cozy apartment within a controlled traffic zone ,a minutes's walk from the sea.It has a wonderful view of the Aragonese Castle, the bay of Saint Anna and of Capri. The apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen/living room area and a laundry room. And it also has a spacius balcony wich surrounds the house and where you can have breakfast and sunbathe. Apartment in a villa in Citara Bay, Casa Rosada

The villa has a large garden and there are no stairs. The beach is just outside of the gate (right across the street). Accessories: a beach umbrella, beach chairs.
