Apartment holiday rentals in Ischia

I had the pleasure of spending a few wonderful days with my partner in Guiseppe's accommodation on the beautiful island of Ischia. We were warmly welcomed by him at the ferry port and taken directly to the accommodation - a great service! Guiseppe was always helpful and even organized a scooter for us, which was brought to the accommodation and picked up again. The apartment is very clean, functionally furnished and well equipped. The kitchen offers everything you need - if you cook a lot, you should bring your own knife. The beds are comfortable, the bathroom is modern and well maintained. The large terrace with a view of the nearby beach, which is only a staircase away, is particularly beautiful. In the off-season, you are almost alone there in the evening with an almost magical light over the sea - simply fantastic. Under the accommodation is a stylish bar with pleasant music that never bothered. Thank you, Guiseppe - we will be happy to come back and wish you all the best!

Marinas place was absolutely fabulous. It’s a beautiful authentic Italian villa next to a beautiful beach with clear water. The nature of the location is hilly but it’s an old fishing village so this is part of the charm. No cars in the place. We couldn’t have had a nicer few days. The whole family loved it. It was spotless and communication was excellent. It felt like a real home it had everything to cook etc. thank you Marina!

I recommend this accommodation, with attention to the smallest details, nice and very clean. Anna was very kind, always available to help. She was present from my arrival, giving me all the useful information on the means to take to get to the accommodation and finally on the last day she and her husband offered to drive me to the port. As a location, the property is easily reached by buses departing from the port. Nearby there are also many useful services, such as pastry shop, supermarket, bar, butcher shop, pharmacy. What can I say, super recommended.

I’m so grateful to have stayed in M+G’s comfortable and spacious apt. Truly, you can’t pick a better place! They met me at the port, and we walked roughly 10-15 mins. to their home while they gave me recs of restaurants and shops. The unit and their family home above rest behind a gate controlled by a transponder, and they gave me a transponder of my own and a key to the apt. Every morning, I enjoyed a slow and quiet start with an espresso I made in the full kitchen. Though the apt. is located in the center of town, the unit itself is quiet and peaceful. That said, if you want to be in the center of town, it’s maybe a 3-min walk. I appreciated using the washing machine, beach umbrella, and beach towels. Above all, I appreciated their kindness the most, especially our conversations, and I felt like a family member even before the end of my stay. So, book their place; be kind, courteous, and respectful; and allow them to help you get to know beautiful Ischia and its people.

The location:200 meters from main island circular road with both sides bus stops and 10 min drive from downtown Forio with shops & restaurants. Incredible place and views! Our host was so welcoming and shared many great recommendations for food and activities.

The apartment is situated in a beautiful garden above Ischia Ponte. Immediate access to the sea from the bottom of the garden and a lovely spot for relaxing on sun loungers which was very much appreciated after a day of site seeing. The apartment had everything that I needed and Maria Rosaria had even added additional touches such and bug spray and deterrent candles. The apartment is a 15 minute walk to Ischia Ponte and 40 minutes walk to the Port area. Alternatively there is a bus stop immediately outside of the apartment gate. Probably not suitable for anyone with mobility issues as there are a lot of stairs to get down to the apartment. Otherwise I'd recommend to others. Maria Rosario is a kind host and had some great suggestions for activities and restaurants.

Had the most beautiful stay in Ischia at Pasqualinas place. The view was incredible and very short walk into the centre. Pasqualina was very accomodating and helpful. Very warm stay, highly recommended!!

I can say only positive things about Gaetano and his apartment. We really enjoyed staying there. It's perfectly located (5 minutes from the beach), well equiped and clean. Gaetano as a host is super friendly and helpfull. We received a lot of hints from him, which were really beneficial for us during our trip. He is very responsive so if you will need anything be sure that he will reply super fast.

We had a nice week at the apartment! Looks as pictured. Incredible terrace. Close to several nice beaches and to buses that take you around the island. Fully equipped kitchen if you want to cook at home.

A lovely apartment in a great location!

I was recommended by a family member to stay at Alessandra's home for our first time to Forio, Ischia and it was absolutely a joy. We were welcomed so warmly from the beginning and into the most beautiful garden of flowers and lemon trees. The apartment is so pretty and so clean and so well set up. We really enjoyed the terrace in the garden with the peace and quiet .....yet 10 minutes walk to central Forio with cafes and restaurants and the Marina. Forio is a fantastic town to stay in Ischia and Alessandra's home felt like our home for the 3 nights. All communications have been wonderful and so helpful. We would highly recommend Alessandra's place to stay in Ischia..down a lovely winding colourful street

We had a fantastic stay. The location was beautiful, the BnB was clean and well stocked, and the host was responsive to all inquiry’s! Highly recommend the location and the host, a wonderful listing. We had trouble initially locating the BnB, only because there is another residence with the same address just down the street which was confusing Apple Maps. The BnB is also directly beside the main road, so it is fairly common to hear traffic through the day and at night.

An excellent choice for exploring Ischia without a car. Centrally located, well-equipped, and expertly hosted. The apartment is spacious, luminous and lovely and the hosts welcoming and thoughtful.

Anna Maria's accommodation is ideally located in the most picturesque part of the island. Breakfast on the balcony facing the sea and the castle is really a plus. Anna Maria brought us croissants in addition to a welcome gift. We'll be happy to go back to continue our hikes by the sea.

This was a beautiful place and the host was amazing! We booked this on the same day of arrival and Nicolas and Ciro worked with us yo get the place ready in record time. They also shared various recommendations for activities and restaurants nearby. Very attentive hospitality! Would definitely recommend a stay here!

Great place to unwind in Lacco ameno. The views are astounding, perhaps only second to Nicole’s breakfasts! Very good amenities in the room, if a bit small but it is a studio! As others have mentioned, the hill is a challenge to walk but it’s actually quite a short walk and a welcome spot of exercise after all the eating!

Everything was perfect

We had a fun time! The location is great (if you prefer the quiet side of the island), the studio is nice, the terrace with a view is perfect, and the pool is a real plus (the beaches are very busy so it's a pleasure to have the pool in the residence). The little extra: from the path that leads to the residence to the doors of the studio, you will be immersed in an oasis of greenery! We'll be back for sure!

We LOVED Maria and Enrico’s place. We came here in family with our two daughters (2 years and 7 months old) The place was even better than expected in all senses. Maria and Enrico welcomed us like family with amazing local recommendations (taxi, wine, market, restaurant) and make us feel like super guests. Extremely welcoming, caring and friendly couple. Communication was A+++ The surroundings are stunning and peaceful, with the pool (spa heated with natural thermal source), the trees and the view. The pools and BBQ are shared as expected but never made us feel like the place was crowded. Our appartments felt very private too. People are mostly Italian tourists which felt also great for us. Walkable distance to supermarkets and public beach. Bus stop at 2 min, easy to go around. Go to Panza, really cute with a local market, and Formo (market comunale) and taverna verde (best food ever, family running restaurant). After a fee nights, they gave us new towels and extra toilet paper

Salvatore’s Airbnb might be one of my nicest stays in Italy over all my years using Airbnb. The villa was immaculate. Location was outstanding. Views were incredible. The real gem though was Salvatore. He is a phenomenal host. He was able to coordinate transfers to/ from his place to the Naples airport as well as coordinating a rental car (a must for accessing the villa and surrounding areas). The communication was fantastic. We did run into a little hiccup on one day when they were doing some unexpected road work near the villa, but that was not at all Salvatore’s fault and he even preemptively warned us about it. I absolutely would love to return to Villa Titina if my plans align and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice stay near Forio. Easy access to Forio and Poseidon Gardens. Great value for the price paid. You absolutely will not regret choosing Villa Titina for your Ischia Vacation.

Our stay at Paco's was just perfect and well worth the climb! The setting of the residence, gardens and pools was simply heavenly, not to mention the helpfulness and welcome that Paco gave us. Top-notch value for money. We were able to have pizzas delivered directly to our room, and we also enjoyed the beach and the nearby Poseidon thermal baths.
