Beachfront holiday rentals in Ischia

Eine einfache, aber sehr gut ausgestattete und sehr saubere Unterkunft. In der Küche war deutlich mehr als die übliche Grundausstattung verfügbar: verschiedene Gewürze, Öl, Essig, mehrere Flaschen Wasser genauso wie Kaffee und sogar Nudeln und Sauce. Im Bad gab es auch sehr gute Pflegeprodukte. Sonnenschirme und Strandtücher standen auch bereit, was sehr praktisch ist, weil man sie dann nicht von zu Hause mitschleppen muss. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Marco und seine Familie, die die unteren Etagen im Haus bewohnen, waren sehr freundlich und bei Fragen oder Problemen jederzeit erreichbar - sowohl über die App als auch persönlich. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr zentral. Da die Insel so klein ist, kann man von dort aus alle Ecken zu Fuß erreichen. Man darf natürlich keine Angst vor dem dichten Verkehr in den engen Gassen haben - auf jeden Fall ein Erlebnis ;-) Ein besonders Highlight der Unterkunft ist die Aussicht über die Insel bis nach Ischia und auf großartige Sonnenuntergänge.

Ce que j'ai préféré par-dessus est l’emplacement de ce logement. Il y a une terrasse publique à quelque pas du logement. Vue sur l’île et petites barques colorées. C’était pittoresque. Nous pouvions être témoins du quotidien des gens. Rue très tranquille, mais avec tout ce qu’il faut à proximité. Viviana a toujours répondu rapidement à nos messages, ce qui est rassurant. Le logement est modeste, mais l’emplacement fabuleux. J’y retournerait!

Wir 5 Freundinnen haben jede Minute in dieser wunderbaren Wohnung genossen. Unsere Gastgeberin Marella sowie ihre Schwester Ealia, die sie anfangs vertreten hat, haben uns immer zu all unseren Fragen zeitnah geantwortet und uns viele nützliche Tipps gegeben. Sie haben uns sogar einen früheren Check in/späteren Check out ermöglicht. Die Lage der Wohnung ist unschlagbar - nah zum Strand, nah zu den Restaurants und Geschäften, alles fußläufig erreichbar, nichtsdestotrotz ruhig gelegen. Wir kommen sicherlich ein weiteres Mal, um in Marellas Wohnung unseren Urlaub zu verbringen. Nochmals vielen lieben Dank an beide für ihre Großzügigkeit.

Great place in the middle of forio. Very nice and spacious house with a friendly host

Se si cerca un angolo di pace ad Ischia bisogna andare a Sant'Angelo e la casa di Marina è davvero molto accogliente. 2 minuti dalla spiaggia delle fumarole, 1 minuto dalle terme Aprhodite Apollon... si esce in accappatoio da casa e si va alle terme o al mare... A 1 minuto un bellissimo agriturismo dove si può cenare e fare colazione.. Insomma siete a casa - casa vera: due bagni salone, cucina interna, cucina esterna, e tre camere - dimenticatevi dell'auto e vi godete le bellezze che l'isola vi offre!

We had a fantastic stay. The location was beautiful, the BnB was clean and well stocked, and the host was responsive to all inquiry’s! Highly recommend the location and the host, a wonderful listing. We had trouble initially locating the BnB, only because there is another residence with the same address just down the street which was confusing Apple Maps. The BnB is also directly beside the main road, so it is fairly common to hear traffic through the day and at night.

Our stay at Marco's place was lovely, the view from the balcony/patio was stunning! The accomodation was spotlessly clean, and we had everything we needed. The bed was comfy and the wifi worked great. Marco was very responsive to any questions we had, and sent us clear information before getting there on arrival/check in, as well as suggestions for restaurants/beaches/transport around the local area. The only thing to be aware of is that there are a number of stairs from street level to the house, so if stairs are not your friend, you might want to look elsewhere. Also, although parking is at the house, which worked fine, the driveway is more of an uphill squeeze, so if you are hiring a car, go on the smaller size to make getting up and down easier. That being said, there is a bus stop litterally outside the front of the house and the buses are cheap and regular, so you won't need to use your car everyday. - We did trips to Naples and Capri via the bus! Hanni è un host premurosa, attenta e disponibile. Ci ha coccolato con regali buonissimi della sua terra. L'alloggio è confortevole, lo spazio all'esterno molto ben curato e accogliente. È centrale. Comodo da raggiungere e ci si sposta tranquillamente a piedi. Intorno si possono trovare tutti i servizi di prima necessità. Consigliatissimo.

de Airbnb bij Paco was het hoogtepunt van onze vakantie. de zwembaden en tuin om de kamer heen is prachtig en geeft een tropisch gevoel.wij voelden ons super welkom en zouden hier erg graag volgende zomer terug komen!!

è stata la nostra prima esperienza su Airbnb andata benissimo la casa di Roberto è in una posizione stupenda con panorama incantevole lui si è dimostrato preciso puntuale e sempre presente a soddisfare le nostre richieste

L'appartement est conforme au descriptif, très propre, bien décoré et tout proche de l'embarcadère. Le seul bémol mais de taille, les gros ferries ont semble t'il changé de point d'ammarage, juste sous les fenetres de l'appartement, et sont restés moteurs tournant de 22H à 8H du matin, les deux nuits ou nous sommes restés, pas de chance. C'était de fait, très bruyant la nuit. Pour le rest rien à dire tout était parfait.

Our stay was wonderful! Rita met us at the house for check-in and check-out, which gave it a personalized feel. We had a group of 8 adults for the whole house. There were enough bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate our group. It would even be great for families with children. The enclosed yard is beautiful with many fruit trees, a small pool, several outdoor seating areas, and a lot of charm. There were many shops, bars & restaurants within a few minutes of walking and the Italian island nightlife culture was great. I recommend this property and would stay here again!

We LOVED Maria and Enrico’s place. We came here in family with our two daughters (2 years and 7 months old) The place was even better than expected in all senses. Maria and Enrico welcomed us like family with amazing local recommendations (taxi, wine, market, restaurant) and make us feel like super guests. Extremely welcoming, caring and friendly couple. Communication was A+++ The surroundings are stunning and peaceful, with the pool (spa heated with natural thermal source), the trees and the view. The pools and BBQ are shared as expected but never made us feel like the place was crowded. Our appartments felt very private too. People are mostly Italian tourists which felt also great for us. Walkable distance to supermarkets and public beach. Bus stop at 2 min, easy to go around. Go to Panza, really cute with a local market, and Formo (market comunale) and taverna verde (best food ever, family running restaurant). After a fee nights, they gave us new towels and extra toilet paper

Alles hat gut geklappt. Die Kommunikation mit Rubina ist unkompliziert und schnell. Sie hat sich mehrmals bei mir erkundigt, wie es mir geht und ob ich alles habe, was ich brauche, da sie mich wegen ihrer Arbeit nicht selbst empfangen konnte. Diese Aufgabe hat Veronika perfekt übernommen. Das Studio befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe der Anlegestelle des Tragflügelbootes, das von Neapel abfährt. Geschäfte und Restaurants in Forio sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Bushaltestelle befindet sich vor dem Haupteingang und der Strand ist gleich nebenan. Am besten haben mir das hauseigene Thermalbad und die beiden Außenpools sowie die schöne Gartenanlage gefallen. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht, ist zweckmäßig und sauber. Ich werde diese Unterkunft weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank Rubina, es hat mir sehr gut gefallen.

The place is small, but cozy. Big terrace, where you can cook! 3 swimming pools, extremely well-maintained, not crowded, only for residents. Overall the place is great for vacation, public beach just 2 min walk! Enjoyed the stay. Thank you!

Квартира с шикарным видом на море, находится в тихом месте, но нужно подыматься вверх по дороге. В 10 минутах есть рынок, магазины, рядом автобусная остановка, очень удобное расположение. По утрам кукарекал соседский петух, но это не мешало. Мы чедесно провели время на острове и с комфортом отдохнули в квартире. Спасибо, Франческа, буду рекомендовать Вашу квартиру.

Had the most beautiful stay in Ischia at Pasqualinas place. The view was incredible and very short walk into the centre. Pasqualina was very accomodating and helpful. Very warm stay, highly recommended!!

Wonderful stay, I made a late booking and arrived late in the evening without my phone working and yet Giancarlo was very gracious and sweet in his welcome. The place was super clean. My absolute favourite thing was picking the oranges straight from the beautiful garden for freshly squeezed orange juice. Can there be a better way to start your day?? Just gorgeous. Location also wonderful.

I would definitely stay here again! The Teti apartment was in a great location for walking into Forio (20 mins along the seafront) and easily catching the bus to other areas of the island. The sunset views from the beach were beautiful and there are a couple of good restaurants just 2-5 mins walk away. The shared courtyard is really lovely, we had it to ourselves but had we shared with the Calipso apartment guests I don't think it would have felt too over looked as there are plants between to seperate up the areas. The apartment was as the photos with a comfy super king bed, the shower pressure was good and the kitchen has quite a lot of utensils for cooking. It is also a really quiet location. We loved the private balcony for morning coffee. Rita was very friendly and checked us in, showing us the apartment, suggesting places to visit and eat, and helped us throughout our stay with any questions we had.

Ich kann diese Wohnung wirklich empfehlen - etwas laut wegen dem Verkehr, aber die Fenster dichten super ab und man hört dann nichts mehr! Dafür ist man sehr zentral - Supermarkt und Bäckerei gleich in der Nähe. Stani ist sehr bemüht und stets zu erreichen! Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt, man hat mehr als genügend Platz in den Kästen und die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist sensationell - Forio ist meiner Meinung nach der beste Ort zum Nächtigen - sehr nette Altstadt und der schöne Strand ist von der Wohnung super zu Fuß zu erreichen!

We loved our stay in Forio at Daniele’s beautiful apartment! Apart form the great location, the place is much bigger than we thought, including a super big terrace! The apartment was spotless and super clean! Daniele was one of the best hosts we’ve ever had- from picking us from the port, to always sharing very useful recommendations! We hope to come back soon!

We absolutely loved our stay here at Anna's house - we didn't want to leave!! The balcony provides a great view of the port below, a great breakfast spot, read a book or have an evening cocktail overlooking the water. The bedrooms are spacious, the house was very clean, and everything is in order. Sant Angelo was the highlight of our week on Ischia. Anna is the sweetest host, she is so friendly and kind. She left us marmalade she made from her fruit tree, and she was so helpful with local recommendations. We are already talking about coming back next summer, we had such a relaxing and enjoyable time.

Giuseppe's place was perfect for what we wanted...a place to relax & recover after 7 days of fast paced traveling. It was my husband & 2 adult children. Each of us had our own space to sleep, double bed upstairs for husband & I, twin bed in main room for son and a private room with its own bathroom for daughter. lots of windows to watch & listen to the sea. A small kitchenette with enough stuff to prepare coffee (with several moka pots) and breakfast in the morning. There were 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bath. The beach was right outside the door with inexpensive loungers to rent. Restaurants and mini markets nearby. Our favorites were Pizzeria ristorante il Ponte, Da Pasquale Pizzeria and the coffee/gelato shop a few steps away. We would stay here again!

Ho soggiornato nell' alloggio di Itala solo per 2 notti nel weekend del 2 giugno. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. L'appartamento era esattamente corrispondente alle foto pubblicate sul sito. Perfettamente pulito e con tutto il necessario anche per una vacanza più lunga. Ottima e rapida la reattività del proprietario ai messaggi inviati. Molto comoda la fermata del bus 7 a 10 metri dall' abitazione. La spiaggia del pescatore dista 50 metri. Davvero felici di aver potuto soggiornare da voi. Grazie di tutto
