The house was very clean and nicely updated. Clear instructions were on the counter. Kitchen drawers and cabinets were neatly updated. additional payments were require to turn on the heater and jets in the hot tub.

I booked this home to celebrate my wife’s birthday. It was amazing. Private house with an enclosed pool. My wife did not want to get out of the pool. The house was immaculate and everything was handy and accessible. Will definitely look into staying here again if and when we travel to Cape Coral again.

Our stay here was perfection! From the immaculate home & beautiful furnishings, it had absolutely everything we needed. It was spotless & it was evident the owners didn’t spare a dime with the decor. Amy was quick to respond any time we reached out. It was so peaceful & just what we were looking forward to. We chose Dina's location for its private heated swimming pool and access to local amenities and attractions. It didn't disappoint. Our young family were able to enjoy swimming daily and choose to either dine in or eat out. Thoughtful consideration for our toddler and baby including a pack N play, child friendly kitchenware meant that our kids had a fantastic time and so we were able to too!

This is the best booking we had had of several in this category and area. The home is unassuming from the front but you come into a wonderful, open spacious living area, a large lanai and pool and several bedrooms and bath. Totally remodeled and very well decorated . They have thought of, and provided everything you might need for a beach vacation: beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, coffee bar, accessory fridge, the list goes on. Outdoor and indoor dining areas, giant tv and lovely sectional. Immaculately clean and well stocked for dining etc. The neighborhood is safe and easily walkable , very close to Sanibel and Ft Myers beach. Highly recommend!

We were very happy with our stay at this Airbnb. From the start, the hosts were extremely responsive and informative. We had 8 adults and we all fit very comfortably in the house, with extra room if we had more individuals. The pictures accurately represent the home, we all felt it was even better in person - clean, spacious, bright, plenty of room! The house is conveniently located a short drive to both Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel - and the home comes fully stocked with all beach gear you would ever need. We would absolutely stay here again - and I highly recommend booking here!

Tracy was an excellent host. Super helpful and very responsive. House was spotless when we arrived and everything was as advertised. Location was beautiful with plenty of great bars and restaurants nearby. The family loved the pool/hot tub and the gazebo on the water. I would highly recommend this place to stay.

Our vacation was as wonderful as we had hoped. The house and amenities exceeded our expectations. The home was very clean, safe, and beautifully and tastefully decorated. The patio and pool were exactly as described, and the grill was clean and propane tank was full. The open living area floor plan is marvelous for family time. The kitchen, dining area and lounging spaces together kept us in touch as a family. The kitchen is magnificent! The large TV was super for post season football playoffs. Overall, five stars in all categories.

We travel a bit and this was the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at. They have the house stocked with everything that’s needed (and more!), the house is extremely clean, the neighborhood is peaceful and beautiful. We LOVED the layout of the house with the pool in the center with multiple points of entry to the house. Each door has an optional alarm making it safe for families with little kids. It was wonderful having the tv outside as well as a hot tub and grill. The host was extremely responsive. I would HIGHLY recommend this property.

We came to Cape Coral to fish with family in the area. This place had everything we needed to be comfortable and have the best time. The canal did not disappoint, we were able to catch jacks, snappers, and lots of cat fish. Gary responded immediately when we had a question and we would definitely stay here again!

My family had a great time staying here! 20 mins to Sanibel Island. Spacious, clean, and a beautiful pool. This place was perfect and we hope to come back again in the future!

We had a wonderful vacation! The location is perfect – just 15 minutes to the beach, yet very peaceful and quiet. It’s the ideal mix of relaxation and good accessibility. We especially enjoyed the pool – such a great way to unwind. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described!

Dustin went above and beyond from the very first time we spoke until the very end. he responded to any questions we have and was the best host. this location is beautiful!! the private pool was a blast for my kids and the dock was amazing to sit out on st night and watch the sun set. the neighborhood was very private and quiet very peaceful! I would recommend staying at Dustin 100% and we will stay there in the future.

Very happy we took a chance on this home. We had such a wonderful time. The owner has every amenity well thought out. I’ve never stayed at an Airbnb that had this many supplies which is nice when you fly and can’t bring as much as normal. We ate lots of good seafood. My grandsons spent hours fishing on the dock.

The neighborhood was so peaceful and private, which made it easy to relax and feel right at home. The pool area was absolutely beautiful—super clean, well-maintained, and perfect for lounging during the day or unwinding in the evening. We loved how close we were to so many great restaurants too. Every night we tried something new and delicious just a short drive away. You can tell the hosts really care about the guest experience. Even the little touches—like a thoughtfully stocked kitchen—made a big difference. Would absolutely stay here again!

I will definitely be back. I really enjoyed staying at the McGregor Life cottage. Anthony was very helpful and made me feel right at home. I am solo female traveler and felt very safe. The neighborhood is walkable and I enjoyed viewing many sunsets over the river. The bed was comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was perfect. A highlight for me was the filtered water system built into the kitchen sink. Didn't have to buy bottled water... great bonus. Nice off the street parking and a relaxing place to sit outside the cottage to enjoy the birds and mature trees. Highly recommend.

I had an amazing stay at Christopher’s place in Cape Coral! The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The highlight was definitely the heated pool — it was absolutely perfect and made every day feel like a mini resort experience. Christopher was also a great host: communicative, helpful, and made sure everything went smoothly. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable stay in the area!

Rigo was a great host very responsive, place was extremely clean, host provided clean linens and towels, each week, very peaceful and a great place to stay
