Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Iona

Love love love this place! Had 11 of us with plenty of rooms and bathrooms for all. Beautiful place and close to everything. Enjoyed the pool and pier. Caught tons of fish right off the dock. Meat market close by with great steaks. Wonderful outdoor kitchen. Hope we can go back next year. Grand daughters cried when we left because they had so much fun!

Very happy we took a chance on this home. We had such a wonderful time. The owner has every amenity well thought out. I’ve never stayed at an Airbnb that had this many supplies which is nice when you fly and can’t bring as much as normal. We ate lots of good seafood. My grandsons spent hours fishing on the dock.

One of the most clean and comfortable places we’ve stayed at. Henela was so nice and her home had everything we needed, felt like we were right at home. If Im in the Cape Coral area again, we will definitely look to stay at this house.

Jon was a fantastic host, super responsive and made the checkin/out experience very smooth. Great communication the whole trip! The house was beautiful and very clean. We spent a lot of time in the pool, which was wonderful. The view on the canal is just gorgeous. The kitchen was very well equipped for our cooking needs. My family and I were so lucky to come across this gem in the Cape! We cannot wait to visit again!

Rays place was really comfortable and inviting. very neat and clean with lots of restaurants and shopping near and plenty to do just at the home. He even had fishing gear available and we did catch some fish that we had for dinner, so he even saved us some money. lol. thanks Ray

This was a beautiful, pet-friendly, private home! Very beautiful and well taken care of. Definitely would return but probably a bit later in the year (we were there in mid-January) when the weather is a bit warmer to enjoy the gorgeous pool and outside deck. We absolutely loved our stay here in Ft. Myers. Varun was a very responsive host & gave us super clear & easy directions for check in/ check out. The place was perfect for what we needed & had everything we needed! The 2 bathrooms worked out great for our group. The beds & pillows were so comfortable. Great location- about 15 from the airport & 30 from Ft. Myers beach! Would recommend & stay here again.

This is such a great, peaceful place to stay on Estero island! Valerie Jean’s spot was immaculately clean, easy to find, and had so much to offer. Definitely recommend for singles or couples looking for extensive pool time. The beach across the street was calm and had lots of great shells as well! While bars and restaurants are limited in the area right now, there were still some local gems worth checking out, as well as a good number of places delivering. Definitely appreciated having a Publix close by and a great kitchen in the apartment! Would absolutely return for another peaceful stay and the awesome pool area!!

This place has become our go to place for a staycation. We keep coming back every year. Love the location, the convenience and Pamela is always so great at accommodating our family. Can’t wait to be back.

Accommodations were as described, very clean, and enjoyable. Beach was near, tons of eateries to choose from, and everything was in a 5-7 min drive. Would revisit the area again.

This was our first trip to Sanibel Island since Christmas 2021. We used to visit every Christmas and owned property that we lost to Hurricane Ian. We had a lovely stay at Palmer’s place. The location was great - a short few minutes walk to the beach, very bikeable and quiet. I was worried that the island would not be ready for guests again, but we had a lovely time seeing lights, getting ice cream, biking and shelling. There is still some construction, some owners and still rebuilding, and some businesses are still recovering. However, there is enough on the island to enjoy your stay - restaurants, bikes, beach access, and roads/bike paths in good shape! Palmer’s place was enjoyable - the Palm View studio had everything we needed, and amenities including bikes and laundry. The bathroom was so lovely, and the shower was amazing after a day in the sun. The small kitchen had a microwave and induction top, good for quick meals, and the bed was super comfy. Highly recommend this stay!
