Monthly Rentals in Inwood, Manhattan

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lisa and Patrick’s air bnb. It was exactly as pictured and very well appointed. There was lots of storage space. The kitchen had new appliances and was well stocked w condiments and supplies so that you could start cooking right away. The bed was very comfortable. This apartment is within easy walking distance of New York-Presbyterian/Allan Hospital which worked out great for us. Also within easy walking distance is a Target, Planet Fitness and Applebee’s. Both Lisa and Patrick were super responsive and helpful. We highly recommend this property!

Lee’s one bedroom apartment was amazing. This truly helped me relax into my internship trip & I had a really great NYC experience!! The A train was only 3 blocks down and got me to midtown in only 30 minutes! Plenty of restaurants and things to do in the area. There was a laundry unit in the building which was a plus. I also liked the outdoor patio inside the place too! Inwood is a very safe neighborhood and I had no problems or issues walking around late at night. If I had to come back to NYC for another internship, I’d definitely stay here again!!

I've rented this place twice so obviously it was worth another round!! beautiful, friendly, safe neighborhood in 'upstate manhattan'. the parks along the water are gorgeous, the apartment is walkable to great coffee shops, church, groceries, and subway. the A gets you downtown in a hurry and with access to the 1, the whole west side is very accessible. rob's place is clean, spacious, and convenient. in both spring and summer, the place was a dream - I hope to come back for another season!

I can’t say enough about how helpful and wonderful Christopher was, he answered all my questions and requests in more than a timely manner. The location is literally right next to an express train. The apartment is spacious and it felt like home.
