Our guests can enjoy for free the big in-house pool, the sauna area, a ski storage, the shared lounge and a private parking place as well as the playground and the large garden. The centre of Seefeld with its restaurants, shops, the casino and more are within short walking distance. You will find many promenades, hiking trails, golf courses, varied ski slopes and our world championship cross-country ski trails nearby.

There is comfortable space for 4 guests in a double bed and on a double sofa bed. The terrace with garden area invites you to sunbathe, chill and barbecue at any time. Our guests enjoy pure nature right on the Jakobsweg with wonderful cultural landscape, huge forest area and great mountain panorama.

Sunny apartment in Seefeld

The sunny and completely renovated apartment is on the 1st floor (elevator available). There is a kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom with shower, big bed, a couch with sleeping function and a lot storage space. The balcony with the few on the mountain "Hohe Munde" completes the apartment. In the complex is an indoor pool, sauna, relaxing space and a storage room for the skis/bikes. The big meadow with playground and plenty of parking spaces is also worth mentioning.

At the foot of the Nordkette, in the picturesque village of Thaur, 7 km from Innsbruck, this place is the starting point for many activities such as hiking, mountain biking and much more. The lovingly designed apartment can accommodate six people and our four-legged friends are also welcome. The pool in the garden can be shared during your stay and the small loggia there invites you to linger. The apartment is very accessible by public transportation.

There are also shops not far from the apartment.

Enjoy the simple life at this quiet and centrally located home. This modern apartment is perfect for discerning individuals or couples looking for a comfortable and stylish lifestyle. When entering the apartment, the unobstructed view of the striking Wetterstein Mountains immediately stands out. The kitchen is equipped for preparing small meals. The apartment has a comfortable double bed.

Studio One - Apartment

With Studio One, we realized the apartment for solo travelers in July 2020. The apartment is equipped with a bed (no extra beds!) Kitchenette, 2-person induction hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, bathroom, table and desk. In the house Kinspergher are 3 apartments with a maximum of 10 guests. In the garden there is a swimming pool with 7x3 m and a sauna in the house.
