Family-friendly holiday rentals in Innsbruck-Land District

The place is a dream. It's all there, the view from your own terrace (at lunchtime in the sun) is really worth it. We especially liked the whirlpool (bathed in the glow of the moon outside at 39 degrees water temperature) and the sauna right next door. What a luxury.

This place offered us a beautiful snowclad mountain view and a peaceful atmosphere to unwind. The views from the place are to die for and the location was very unique and at the lap of mountain. The apartment has everything a family needs to sustain for 1 week. Remy is super responsive and helpful.

Really perfect for a larger group hiking weekend. For 8-10 people the house is just brilliant. Great bedrooms, all with their own sink, which in addition to the 3 bathrooms makes getting ready in the morning easier for everyone. Beautiful living and dining room with all you need. Easy and fast communication. We will be back!

Thanks to flexible check-in time we had a relaxed arrival and were greeted personally and warmly. Even during the stay, the hosts were always available and helpful. The house was clean and looked as cozy as the pictures. There was only one shower that was sufficient for our group of 6, but also a hot tub, infrared sauna, washing machine and dishwasher. The location is great and several ski resorts as well as other attractions are quickly accessible by car. We all had a great week!

A cozy and lovelly room in the mountains with a beuttiful view of the town below. Because of the location this spot is perfect if you want to explore this region of Austria/south of Germany, wihtin a hour of travel in each direction there is always something to see or to do. Especially if your goal is to go hiking. Everything is as described in the advertisement is, therefore our stay was as expected.

We were able to enjoy our winter stay with Sonja every day. The super equipped apartment is fantastically located not far from Innsbruck and right at the foot of the Innsbruck mountains. The cable cars/ski resorts in the vicinity are between 5 and 20 minutes by car. Sonja is a great, helpful hostess. We can make our full recommendation. Thank you Sonja!

We liked the time out in Manfred's accommodation very much. If you want to spend a few more original days that are no less relaxing, you are in the right place. Even the travel bed for our toddler fit in the bedroom. Manfred has modified the hut to offer the greatest possible "comfort" that is possible there. We would like to come back:).

The apartment is easy to find, parking is right outside the door. Seefeld ski lift can be reached in 5 minutes by car or ski bus, just like the village center. Wonderful view from the living room and balcony. Exhibition a bit outdated, bedrooms very close to each other. More suitable for families with smaller children. Federica was very helpful and friendly.

Nice 2 bedroom accommodation with separated toilet and shower rooms. A good medium sized kitchen, full fridge, dishwasher. All in nearly new condition. Nice comfortable beds, towels, and everything you need, even an high chair and porta-crib if you have a baby. The zero-staff setup and electronic keys take a little getting used to, but it all seems to work flawlessly, so I can’t fault it.

A sunny small apartment with overcomplete equipment on the outskirts of Seefeld about a 15-minute walk to the center, ski bus right in front of the house. Very clean, very nice communication, everything worked out great. Brigitte is a courteous, friendly hostess. Glad to come back!

The apartment was cozy and relatively small, perfectly fine for two people. The location is great, within walking distance to the village center. A good Chinese restaurant is just around the corner, and the Rösshütte is right behind the house. The space was clean, well-organized, and thoughtfully equipped. The host was very responsive and always helpful, answering all our questions quickly. We truly appreciated the easy communication and support throughout our stay. The internet was a bit slow – fine for social media but not quite enough for work meetings. All in all, we had a very pleasant experience and would happily recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay. We would definitely consider coming back in the future!

We had a very pleasant stay in this house. It was comfortable and well-equipped, perfectly meeting our needs. The location was good! One negative note: the price for parking in the garage listed in the ad was 10 euros per day, but we were charged 15 euros per day. This aspect was not clear from the start and took us by surprise. Overall, the stay was positive and I would recommend this house, but I would suggest confirming any additional costs in advance.

Maria welcomed us very warmly and gave many recommendations. The apartment was super equipped, especially the kitchen. However, the trails areas in Seefeld are a good 30 minutes away.

My husband and I stayed in the Greier House for one month and it was a wonderful experience! It is very clean, quiet, and utterly charming. Hiking trails are 3 minute walk from the apartment. It was so easy to get to Innsbruck and to all the Berg bahns. The Greier family are lovely people! We really felt welcome and enjoyed our conversations with everyone. Highly recommend!

You can't move the mountains with the great views all around when you are in Innsbruck, right? However you can run a family hotel and make the guests happy, when they decide to stay at your premises. Apartment we stayed in was spacious, clean and with those great views from our private balcony. We also enjoyed the cost free gym and sauna visit which was only a few driving minutes away, as well as free parking. Hope to stay there again

We felt totally comfortable. A nice family and beautiful surroundings. For the children, a great outdoor area with many possibilities to play and for us a beautiful terrace to relax.
