Very good accommodation, quiet, very well equipped, 20 min from Innsbruck

Klemens and Judith are absolutely amazing hosts. Their communication, hospitality, communication and willingness to serve are unmatched. My wife and I have stayed in MANY AirBNBs and this is one of the best experiences we've ever had. We would, without hesitation, rebook this stay. The space was very cozy, clean and well-stocked and the helpfulness of Klemens and Judith made took everything to a whole other level. A+ in every category!

Our stay was just beautiful! The hosts were incredibly warm and helpful. As a special gesture, they even surprised us with a birthday cake, which made us very happy. Everything was perfect and spotlessly clean. We felt completely comfortable and would come back anytime. We highly recommend this place!

The apartment captivates with its breathtaking view. The rooms are sufficiently large, as are the bathrooms. Underfloor heating and cozy beds complete the package. There are many, varied restaurants and shopping facilities in the vicinity. The house is in a quiet area, the outdoor terrace has plenty of space and sunlight. Communication with Katrin was straightforward and the answers were quick. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the days there. We will be happy to come back.

We had a great week! Warm welcome before the scheduled time, recent, clean and equipped accommodation. And the setting and the view of the mountains is just beautiful! We caught our eyes full of it!

The stay with Nina and Alex was really great. The apartment was very clean and exactly as in the pictures. Nina was always easy to reach and even asked on cold days if they should turn on the heating and get another heater, so always very eager to make sure nothing was missing. The two were always very warm and even left a little something for my birthday at the door. I just somehow wasn't aware in advance that the apartment is at the height, otherwise I would have certainly cycled more often, but the almost 300 meters with the slope to the apartment killed me :D Oil was unfortunately not available, as advertised, but that was not so bad, because otherwise there was really nothing to complain about, I felt very comfortable in the accommodation!! :) Would book again.

Really enjoyed our stay at Magdalena’s place in Innsbruck. The house was a great place for us to chill and get ready for our big hike around the Dolomites. Even though it was incredibly hot in the town, the apartment stayed nice and cool. Easy to get to with busses but also can walk into town if you want to.

This place was fantastic, nice little apartment with everything you need, including a well-equipped kitchen! The hot tub was a delight after hiking all day. A fantastic apartment with a large pool, an even larger roof terrace and a beautiful view. The location is great, quite quiet and yet quite close to the city center. We will be happy to come back!

Very pleasant experience, very nice and equipped apartment, very comfortable supermarket below the house, in the immediate vicinity distributor of fresh milk, fresh eggs and other food products, and a pharmacy with very kind staff. Convenient location to visit many characteristic countries located just a short trip away. The hot tub is fabulous, although it's forbidden to bring glass. Free parking downstairs from the house. An immaculate, charming apartment in Tirol with thoughtful amenities and comforts. Beautiful location, easy walk to Fulpmes. Sanny & Luis were wonderful hosts. Very helpful and responsive. They live onsite so are readily available although their online guestbook has all the information you need.
