Beautiful cottage in great location! The house was very clean, communication with the hosts straightforward and friendly. The quiet location near Innsbruck was ideal for excursions and rest. Absolutely recommended!

Peony was the perfect, peaceful base for our Götzens Tai Chi School winter training for me, and for Grant to teach himself snowboarding on local slopes! All the information Georg left was up to date and helpful, and he he was also helpful and responsive with specific queries and tips in person. The apartment is beautifully light, warm and comfortable (bed was perfect) with many delightful style features. Would definitely book with Georg again. Thank you for a perfect stay, Georg!

Carina, Klaus and her whole family were so welcoming during our time here and we had such a wonderful stay. The facilities were spacious, clean and there was plenty of room for two adults and two children - not to mention the stunning views. A perfect location to enjoy surrounding bike parks and a very easy walk to the regular tram into Innsbruck. Being able to see the organic farm in action was such a great experience for the kids and the delicious bakery next door was an added bonus. Thank you for such a great stay, we hope to be back!

It's a lovely little apartment with everything you need right in the middle of Mieders. The skibus stops 100 m from the apartment. There is a Spar very close with everything you need. Hannes was very friendly and met up arival.

Great stay slightly uphill from the town center, but easily reachable by walk. Harald is very well organised and the entire experience was a breeze, would definitely recommend to anyone

Perfect place for a weekend in Innsbruck - the apartment is quite new, has everything you need and it’s easy to get into the city with 2 different bus lines in walking distance.

Klemens and Judith are absolutely amazing hosts. Their communication, hospitality, communication and willingness to serve are unmatched. My wife and I have stayed in MANY AirBNBs and this is one of the best experiences we've ever had. We would, without hesitation, rebook this stay. The space was very cozy, clean and well-stocked and the helpfulness of Klemens and Judith made took everything to a whole other level. A+ in every category!

Our stay was just beautiful! The hosts were incredibly warm and helpful. As a special gesture, they even surprised us with a birthday cake, which made us very happy. Everything was perfect and spotlessly clean. We felt completely comfortable and would come back anytime. We highly recommend this place!

The quiet area, the plants, and the birdsong invited rest. The apartment is very bright and well equipped, it even had the basic things, such as salt, sugar, tea, coffee, etc., which we really appreciated. From there, you have access to the most iconic places in the area, just 10 minutes away by public transport, which is highly recommended.

We were very happy with the place. Everything worked well and quickly, the accommodation was very clean and the location in the old town is simply great!

Place is at a walkable distance from innsbruck hbf. Balcony view is great. Just that it’s too difficult to carry your stuff up and down to the 4th floor which is a hassle. Overall a comfortable stay. Well recommended

This was one of our best stays so far. The place offered a fantastic view of the mountains and the city,sunset views are mystical and must not be missed. The house was spacious, cozy and had all the required amenities. Cristina and Ernst were great hosts and made us super comfortable. They were quick in their responses and humble in their approach. We had a fantastic stay in Vera's stylish loft apartment. With children, it was also great to be located directly at the Hungerburg cable car and the Alpine Zoo. The apartment is really very modern, very clean and offers a fantastic view of the mountains. Quietly located, but with a few bus stops to the city center. If you come by public transport, we recommend the W bus line, as the other 500 bus lines still mean a 15-minute walk uphill. Vera was a very helpful host with great tips and quick answers to our questions. Absolutely recommended – we will be happy to come back!

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was clean and beautiful. Communication was great, always got a quick response. The view is beautiful. The location is ideal for hiking, and even on rainy days you feel super comfortable. We would come back.

We enjoyed the time in the beautiful, large and very clean apartment. Everything you could possibly need was there, and the kitchen is also excellently equipped. Eleonora answered questions in advance and greeted us nicely, we felt very comfortable.
