Great place, easy to find and check in, walking distance to the town but quiet location at night and always a parking space available. Had everything we needed, would recommend!

Charlotte is a welcoming and helpful host. Both her and her husband are charming and friendly. The annexe is very spacious throughout and the kitchen diner is very well equipped. A welcome pack is included, which was appreciated. There is a roomy and modern shower in a smart bathroom. The bed sitting room, upstairs is also of a good size and I slept very well for the three nights we stayed there! An excellent base for the western area of North Norfolk

We had a lovely couple of nights here - annexe completely detached from the main house so felt very private and beautiful outlook onto their private garden. Heather and Andrew were great hosts before and during our stay and the Annexe had everything we needed. Thank you for letting us check out a little later so we could have a shower after Blickling Parkrun 😊

A very comfortable & peaceful place, I was always keen to get back to The Garden Cottage after being out and about. It is very well equipped, spotlessly clean and nicely laid out - I loved having the entrance hall with the extra storage space, plenty of coat hooks and a seat! And the views over the garden are a lovely bonus, it’s the sort of cottage that encourages you to sit a while and slow down. The location is just perfect with easy access to Aylsham - a nice town with a good selection of independent shops, cafes and bars - great walks from the door and a short car journey to the coast. Alison and Roger are great hosts with a warm welcome…and yummy chocolate brownies!
