I loved it, the hosts were very friendly and concerned about my arrival. They were flexible with my check-in, as my flight arrived later, thank you! The house is super central, there is the plaza and shopping area around. It is a house that no one lives inside, very spacious and comfortable, clean everything, hot water and heating. If you're going by car, there's also space to store it. If I had to say any point to improve it would be the pillows and mattress on the beds. But if I go to San Martin again, I would definitely stay again!!

We found everything we needed in the accommodation to make our stay comfortable. Ricardo, Ramiro's father, was super kind and showed us the city center as well as suggested where to dine, super helpful.

quiet residential neighborhood, with easy access to transportation (Uber, Cabify and on foot) and commerce, offering a great balance between privacy and practicality. The space is comfortable, modern and well-equipped, with a cozy bed, full kitchen and clean bathroom, as well as being impeccably sanitized upon arrival. The location at the back of the property ensured silence and isolation, providing security and total privacy. The host was attentive and communicative, always available to answer questions and give local tips, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Considering comfort, cleanliness, service and location, the cost-benefit was excellent, and I recommend the accommodation for those looking for a practical, safe and comfortable experience.

Excellent place, the apartment is new, it has all the amenities and was all impeccable. I also note that the area where it is located is super quiet. Best of all, the attention of the host, super friendly, clear instructions, always predisposed and with an incredible level of flexibility. Highly recommended!!
