Words cannot describe how gorgeous Anna’s place is. This home exceeded all of my expectations, and I could not stop staring out the windows. From your balcony you can see three countries, mountains, and ocean. It truly is a once in a life time place. You are of course up in a mountain so limited things around you to do but the city center is right at the base and there are plenty of amazing restaurants. For freedom it is important to rent a car as taxis up and down can add up. We found ourselves walking down and then taxiing up to save $ which was a beautiful scenic walk and enjoyable, but not the best option for those less able bodied. We also found it easy to use delivery apps to deliver groceries and food to us on days we did not go down. Unfortunately we were in the off season of tourism, but still found plenty restaurants open to enjoy. Anna is very proactive in helping arrange anything you need whether to call a taxi, or other needs. Do not hesitate to book this stay!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Turm sehr genossen. die Wohnungen sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. der Garten ist wunderschön, man kann sehr gut grillen und der Pool ist ein echtes Highlight. ein sehr gut ausgestatteter Supermarkt, in dem man wirklich alles bekommt und der auch sonntags geöffnet hat, ist in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Zwei hinweise für zukünftige Mieter: 1. das WiFi funktioniert nicht besonders gut, das hat uns aber nicht gestört, weil der Handyempfang sehr gut ist. aber wenn man z.b. Kinder hat, die über WiFi Filme gucken wollen, muss man sich darauf einstellen. 2. im obersten Zimmer kann es sehr heiß werden, wenn man windstille Tage hat. Vor allem wenn Kinder da schlafen, kann es schwierig sein, wenn man die Fenster wegen des Tageslichts geschlossen halten muss. Aber Daniele hat uns auf Nachfrage dann eine mobile Klimaanlage bereit gestellt, damit gab es dann gar keine Probleme mehr.

Unique location, easy access with ample secure parking, extremely well equipped with quality amenities. Confortable and beautiful furnishings, including the beds. Very quiet and private location, beautiful garden, in the hearth of an ancient town with narrow alleys, exceptional surrondings, close to premium beaches, located extremely well to discover nearby places (Monaco 45 minutes, Menton even closer), not to mention the Italian countryside and seaside. The house is exactly as described and I can only recommend it for a special stay.

Great stay at this beautiful place. We really enjoyed our time, once again! Great connections to Nice airport and surrounding villages. Spacious garden and pool and great cooking amenities. Looking forward to coming again!

Xenia, the local host, gave us a very warm welcome and provided us with all the essentials, including valuable tips for excursions. Even during the week, she was easy to reach. The house high above Ospedalleti offers a fantastic view over the village and the sea. We could hardly get enough of it. We had a wonderful time relaxing on the huge terrace. The house is very well equipped. We often cooked for ourselves and enjoyed barbecuing. The traffic on the road in front of the house is moderate and didn't bother us. There are many excursion destinations for all tastes in the area (Sanremo, Monte-Carlo, beautiful beaches, bike rental, ...). We can highly recommend the place.

La réalité est beaucoup mieux que les photos ! Certains s'en plaindrons, mais la quarantaine de marches, indispensables à l'accès à la maison, se fait vite oublier grâce au point de vue rare, privilégié et hypnotique sur la baie de Villefranche sur Mer, ses eaux claires et les yachts amarrés, sans aucun vis à vis. La maison est redoutablement bien équipée en mobilier, électroménager, ustensiles de cuisines et de salle de bain. Autre chose : 2 places de parking dédiées à la maison, très rares et utile dans la région, qui plus est en haute saison. Le centre ville historique et la plage sont accessibles à pieds en 20mn et prévoir 25 à 30mn pour la remontée. Le bateau est à l'image de la maison, propre, confortable, spacieux et bien équipé Enfin, Jean-Pierre est un hôte remarquable, disponible et attentionné.

We had such a nice stay. The place has stunning views and great amenities. Walking distance to the city center. Fully equipped. We were given super good recommendations for things to visit and do. Both the host and the manager were super friendly, polite and proactive. Overall we had a great time and would love visiting again!

Väldigt trevligt par som erbjuder detta boende. Lugnt och fin utsikt. Vår familj på tre trivdes mycket bra här. Fina stränder och värt att ta sig upp till gamla staden. Varmt rekommenderat att komma hit.

Le Logement est dans un emplacement idéal ! Il n'y a pas de vis à vis et il y a la possibilité de faire le bruit que l'on souhaite ! La piscine est tous les jours nettoyée par David, et c'est une bonne chose! Mis à part quelques soucis logistiques, David a su y répondre à la minute et nous a toujours mis dans le meilleur confort possible ! Merci ! David a toujours été disponible! Petite note pour la sécurité, nous avions des enfants et on doit faire attention, car il n'y a pas de barrières, ce sont des cordes et la chute est possible. A noter, que les chambres ne sont pas toutes réunies, il y a 2 chambres, coupées du reste, au sous-sol. Donc il faut laisser la maison ouverte la nuit pour que les gens puissent aller aux toilettes. (ce serait bien de le stipuler) Si non, tout a été super !! Il a mis à disposition le charbon pour des grillades et du bois pour un feu sympa en soirée. Pour faire la fête c'est un endroit parfait que nous recommandons ! Merci pour les citrons :)

An unforgettable stay in Nice! Our stay at Lauryane and Stephen’s villa was absolutely perfect. The location was fantastic — peaceful yet very convenient — and the view was simply breathtaking. The villa was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Lauryane and Stephen were incredibly warm, responsive, and helpful from start to finish. You can tell they truly care about creating a great guest experience. We felt completely at home and would love to return. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Nice!

We loved our stay in this villa. It was in a beautiful location, high above the village of Aspremont. Lovely hiking and walking options nearby. The bedrooms had comfortable beds and were all charming with a different decor. The master bathroom upstairs was clean and had pretty good water pressure in the shower. The infinity pool was wonderful and the outdoor space had a lot of different areas to relax, grill, etc. The kitchen was well stocked and even had a dishwasher. Julie, our host, was always responsive and friendly. The only things I would point out is that this area has really windy, narrow roads with hairpin turns, so if that’s not your thing driving, be prepared. Aspremont village doesn’t have much going on - very few restaurants etc. There are definitely other towns nearby that have more to do (e.g., Nice is a 30 mins drive). Finally, the internet connection is mediocre so if you need to connect for work, it may not be the best for things like video calls.

We stayed here for 5 nights and it was memorable for us. Our kids enjoyed the pool more than anything else. The scenic beauty surrounding the pool are is serene. Above all, Marjorie is a wonderful host and responsive too.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft direkt an der traumhaften Küste von Alassio. Der Blick über das Meer ist wirklich spektakulär und atemberaubend. Das Haus toll eingerichtet und außergewöhnlich schön! Andrea ist ein sehr sympathischer Gastgeber, der uns viele Tipps und Empfehlungen gegeben hat. Er hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und sehr freundlich in die Unterkunft eingewiesen. Ein vorbildlicher Gastgeber! Unser Aufenthalt gehört zu den schönsten Buchungen, die wir bisher auf Airbnb gemacht haben. Absolut empfehlenswert und vorbildlich. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!

Enjoyed stay In St Paul de Vence.. The Airbnb is bright and peaceful. In current era of maps on phone the back narrow roads make such Airbnbs an easy option. The house itself had large windows in every room with the eating area and master being the highlights. Travelled with small dog who loved the large yard. The local grocery store Le Clerc a 5 minute drive down the hill was amazing – so we cooked in house and ate al la fresco. Lots of space and Airbnb is fully equipped. Also found the location in St. Paul de Vence ideal -- nice neighborhood -- not too far up the the hill and close to grocery store, large local mall, and up the hill arts and restaurants. Going it is often difficult to judge locations. Thank you to Jean who was available to help with any questions.

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans la maison de Julien. La piscine chauffée est un luxe très appréciable. Toute la famille a été très réactive pour répondre à nos besoins pendant notre séjour. Nous reviendrons l’année prochaine avec grand plaisir. Merci beaucoup !!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit kleinem privaten und gepflegten Garten. Der Pool ist grandios. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und deshalb sogar verlängert. Alles da, was einen Urlaub ausmacht. Coralie und ihre Mutter sind sehr freundlich. Einziges Manko: die Betten sind für unser Empfinden zu hart. Aber das ist Meckern auf hohem Niveau. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

This home was a nice and needed respite away from some busy, packed and crowded travel days. We originally had plans to tour the Riviera but ditched them to stay closer to this home and the beaches of Juan les Pins. We rented e-bikes, which made a huge difference in how we could get around. I highly recommend that. This home is fantastic. Plenty of room for the six of us.

A fantastic house that met all our expectations! The hosts were highly responsive and exceptionally friendly. I wholeheartedly recommend this place!
