Augusta is a fantastic host: caring, helpful, attentive to every detail and kind exceptional. He really takes care of his guests with great professionalism and warmth. The house, very close to the sea, has everything you need. Not to mention the wonderful garden overlooking the sea, a true haven of peace. Perfect stay, thank you very much!

the apartment was local to public transport. The train takes you to Nice and Monaco in one direction and Ventimiglia in Italy in opposite direction. The architecture in Menton is beautiful the city is safe and very clean.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming apartment. We were especially able to enjoy the terrace and the tower room. Great views. The upper sleeping option, on the gallery, didn't appeal to us. But they were able to sleep wonderfully on the pull-out sofa. Tip: Place topper from the bed. It is best to do the shopping by car. The apartment is located very high up and to walk to the sea, there are some stairs to climb, Coté d'Azur:). The kitchen is well equipped, so you can also cook. The parking space in the garage is quite spacious. Communication with Philippe was always very friendly and accommodating. We will be happy to come back.

Our stay in Nice was wonderful! This location was excellent for walking to the beach and even from the train station which is so close. We could even walk with our suitcases. Very nice. A beach feel for sure. Great place.

My stay at Lauren's Airbnb in Monaco was perfect! She provided clear instructions on the check in, and was very forthcoming, kind and helpful from the start to the end. The Airbnb is located in a perfect spot that is very close to the casino and still peaceful. It was clean and well furnished and looked after, and had a more than comfortable size. All in all, I can only recommend anyone looking for a clean, comfortable and super well located Airbnb to definitely stay at Lauren's!

Jens’ flat is the perfect place for two couples visiting Nice. Decorated in a stylish nouveau chic motif, it features two comfortable king-sized beds and a small balcony with a charming peek-a-view of the Mediterranean—you can watch boats and yachts drift by in the distance. It’s an ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. The flat is impeccably clean and comes well-equipped with quality bath and beach towels, along with a sufficiently stocked kitchen for basic cooking needs. Hanna Hess (Property Management) and her team were professional and incredibly helpful with communication. The check-in process was the most informative and thorough I’ve ever experienced—thank you, Nonna!

Very great and quiet place with a wow view over the place, the mountains and the sea! Nevertheless, you are not far away and can easily walk to the town center. The apartment is well-equipped and in particular the outdoor area offers many extras with a large terrace, an area with sun chairs, bicycle parking space with garden hose and parking. Lucy and Mel offered to check in a little earlier and a little later and gave us many useful tips for our stay. We can make an absolute recommendation for the apartment!

We had a wonderful time at Elena's AirBnB. Although the place is a little off the beaten path (2.3 km drive over a narrow road), that's what makes for its charm and charm. You live in the middle of nature and have a phenomenal view of the mountains. We were able to experience a lot with our two dogs during our week hiking holiday and had a great time.

The apartment is very comfortable and equipped with everything you may need to feel like home. It has a very good and easily adjustable heating. The location is really great: the cottage is located in an peaceful villa area, far from any noise and traffic. Laurie's place is beyond our expectations. It's exceptionally clean including the bed linen. We were positively surprised by how clean the place is. Also, we love the style of her deco of the place: the furnitures, the home appliances. The view on the terrace to the whole city is the highlight. We wish that we could stay longer than just one short overnight as we had to catch early flight.

Very nice rbnb, in a beautiful place! Nice reception by Bruno. The town of Rochetta Nervina is great with all its beautiful streets. Be sure to visit the "laghetti"! Very special days in this place!

It was a wonderfully relaxing villa, with many spaces in the garden and pool to sit and enjoy the scenery. Very clean and tidy with traditional, charming rustic decor. Everything needed for a great holiday was provided, from fully functioning kitchen and outside grill area, to sunbeds and parasols by the pool and bedding and towels in all the bathrooms. Celine was a wonderful host who quickly answered the questions we had and was available when we needed her. Highly recommended

beautiful apartment, immersed in silence and tranquility. Too bad for the hot tub that didn't work, it would have been great to take a relaxing bath. The only thing to review is the cleanliness of the pans and stove. Otherwise, everything was perfect!

We had a wonderful stay in Sanremo, the flat was very clean and welcoming, better than we expected. There is everything you can need during your stay. We enjoyed staying here and we would definitely recommend it to others. It is a close walk to the center of Sanremo or with the bikes Filippo offers. The pool was not yet open at this time of the year, but this was not an issue for us, we knew it upfront. We would definitely choose Filippos flat once again if we come back to Sanremo. Great apartment, quiet air conditioning on the lower floor, well-equipped kitchen. If you want to avoid looking for a parking space on the beach, you can walk there, which takes less than 10 minutes.
