Apartment holiday rentals in Imperia

As avid sailors regatta we've visited Imperia many times before for about ten years, and this is the very best apartmentwe ever rented. We spent Christmas 2024 in Nonno Vaporetto and totally liked it. Super easy communication with Gianna and there is really *NOTHING* to worry about the access to the bathroom over the balcony since the bathroom is easily warmed up. More generally, there is nothing to worry about viisiting Nonno Vaporetto in winter. It is well equipped with radiators all around (much in contrast to the apartment in Imperia we rented ealry December and where we froze our feet off). We'll be back :-).

l'esperienza in casa di Daniela è stata molto positiva, abbiamo trovato un'ottima pulizia e ci ha fatto trovare della frutta fresca e dell'acqua al nostro arrivo, apprezzatissimi. I consigli che ci sono stati dati per la cena si sono rivelati molto utili. esperienza super positiva!

Conosco Imperia da molti anni, la trovo bellissima, con spiagge , passeggiate e mare meravigliosi. La gente è ospitale e ti fanno sentire a casa. La casa di Paolo è perfetta per due persone, in pieno centro, su una bellissima piazza. A pochi metri dal mare è comodissima ai parcheggi, ristoratori e negozi, ma tutto in assoluta pace. Pulizia impeccabile. Grazie per averci ospitato.A presto

I rarely leave reviews because I’m usually too busy, but Ludmila’s place was truly exceptional. It’s modern, spotlessly clean, and felt like a home away from home. Thoughtful touches like the Nespresso machine with capsules and a great selection of cooking utensils really stood out. I also don’t usually fall asleep easily, but the bed and bedding were incredibly comfortable—some of the best I’ve experienced.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön und angenehm. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. In der Küche hat man alles was man braucht. Der Ausblick ist wirklich schön und etwas besonderes. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und unsere Zeit in der Wohnung genossen.

Äußerst fantastisch - wir waren so happy in der Wohnung von Kerstin zu sein. Hier ist einfach alles durchdacht, blitzsauber, liebevoll hergerichtet, mit Charme & Herz das spürt man sofort. Die Wohnung ist makellos, die Lage traumhaft, Öffis, Restaurants, Altstadt alles zu Fuss wunderbar erreichbar. VeloStation, Bushaltestelle, Supermarkt, Cafe, Strand -alles direkt vor der Haustüre. Parken in der Haltezone vor dem Haus ganz easy. Vom Kinderspielzeug, über Büroutensilien, traumhafte Küchenausstattung, Nespreso Maschine, Eiswürfelmaschine, Fotoaccessoires, Einkaufstrolly, Waschmaschine + Wäschetrockner … es ist einfach wirklich alles da. Kerstin hat an alles gedacht 🥰. Wir fühlten uns wie daheim. Alle Empfehlungen von Kerstin zu den Restaurants sind super, wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit. Besonders nett, herzlich und hilfsbereit ist auch Anna beim Check In. Danke vielmals.

Honestly, this was probably the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at — and we’ve stayed in many across different countries. If you’re looking for a place to stay on the Côte d’Azur, just book this one. I spent over a week researching options, so I know pretty well what’s out there in this area, and I’m happy we ended up choosing this one. The location is amazing — literally one step from the beach. There’s a big grocery store right across the street, an underground parking garage, and a really nice infinity pool in the complex. The apartment itself is super well-equipped — everything is modern, from the blackout curtains to the shower. Villeneuve-Loubet turned out to be a great spot — calm and relaxing, but also perfect as a base to explore the French Riviera, Monaco, and even Italy (about 1.5 hours by car). Corinne was also a fantastic host — always quick to respond (usually within 5 minutes) and really helpful whenever we had a question. Highly recommended — we would love to come back!

This apartment was great for our short visit to Monaco. It was a short walk from the train station and the check-in instructions were very clear. The apartment had everything we needed and the host gave us recommendations on a variety of different things to do in the area. Everything is within walking distance that you want to see, whether that is visit the Monte Carlo casino or take a walk down to the marina and take in the views of the city. I would recommend this apartment and would definitely stay here again.

Jasmin's place was just perfect! wonderful location just a few steps from town. the view from the balcony is lovely. the place was very clean and beautifully decorated. and brian was a fabulous communicator with quick responses to any questions i had. i would highly recommend staying here!

Todo fue perfecto, desde el check in con Kevin, el departamento que es hermoso y los dias que pasamos en la Costa Azul. El departamento esta muy bien ubicado, cerca de todo, con un supermercado enfrente. Las instalaciones funcionan a la perfeccion y estaba equipado con todo lo necesario para pasar unos dias maravillosos. Prometimos volver!! Gracias

Der Aufenthalt war einfach perfekt! Alles war genauso wie beschrieben – die Wohnung war sauber, ordentlich und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist fantastisch, ruhig und dennoch zentral. Die Garage war ein großer Pluspunkt. Der Check-In und Check-Out verliefen völlig unkompliziert, und der Vermieter war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Merci beaucoup!

Excellent séjour chez Grazia et son mari qui sont très gentils et très réactifs aux messages qu'on leur laisse. Appartement très propre, joliment décoré, petit balcon très agréable sur lequel on peut manger à 2 sans problème. Situé dans 1 impasse au calme idéal pour bien dormir et en centre ville donc tout est faisable à pied. Un grand plus la place de parking en sus qui est bien moins chère que de payer 1 place en ville ! Je recommande ce logement et y reviendrai volontiers.

Very last minute stay for a business trip. Good location for anywhere in Monaco. Will certainly stay again.

We loved our holiday in Nice, we wanted access to good walking/hiking and also a taste of the city and to visit its many art museums. The flat is in a great location with the port, old town and Prom des Anglais within walking distance, and has an absolutely fabulous view of Nice from the balcony. We enjoyed having dinner on it so much that we didn’t eat out as much as we’d expected to! Boulevard Carnot takes you out towards Monaco, the views are breathtaking and there are plenty of places to walk, eat swim and a couple of great gardens to visit way before you hit Monaco itself. We hired a car do this exploring, but there are frequent buses to Villefranche and beyond.The apartment was perfect for the two of us. One person had to sleep against a wall but we got used to this quickly and the bed is comfortable. The pool was a great bonus and not used much when we were there in May.

We had a wonderful stay! The view is absolutely stunning — even better than the photos. It’s a perfect spot for families looking to disconnect from the noise of big cities and enjoy some quiet time in nature. At the same time, it’s just a short drive from Nice and Monaco, making day trips super convenient. Highly recommend for anyone looking to relax and recharge in a beautiful setting.

Cet appartement de luxe est meublé avec goût et offre tout le confort. La terrasse spacieuse avec un joli jacuzzi est un endroit merveilleux où séjourner, même pendant les mois d'hiver. Divers appareils de fitness sont disponibles et le sauna et la douche à effet de pluie complètent la sensation de bien-être. L'hôte Roselyne et son mari Gérard savent trouver un équilibre parfait entre offrir de l'intimité aux voyageurs et être disponible pour répondre à leurs questions. En tant qu'invités, nous nous sommes sentis très choyés. Cette adresse est fortement recommandée, mais nous préférerions la garder secret 😉

All good and the pender very kind and professional

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is beautifully designe, maintained and comfortable. TV in both lounge and bedroom. A small kitchen has all you need for preparing meals. Quadruple glazing cuts out traffic noise from the promenade traffic. The view of the sea is stunning with lots of interest from boats of all descriptions from fishing boats to super-yachts. The promenade is used by cyclists, runners, in-line skaters and is also great for walking. We visited the very interesting and beautiful Renoir house, a museum within walking distance from the apartment. Nice, Monaco, Antibes and Cannes are all within easy reach by rail, which we found to be the best transport. Buses stop outside the flat, especially the 41 which takes you into the centre of town where there are frequent street markets and a covered market selliing fresh fish meat and veg. Numerous restaurants, french, italian, asian are all within easy walking distance. Highly recommended. Peter and Elizabeth Bryant

We had a wonderful stay! Really enjoyed the beautiful balcony, pool, local park and bakery. Walkable to the port and around the hill to Nice. It is uphill on the way back which is walkable but we used taxi since we had a 4yr old, stroller and backpack. The host was incredibly patient when our flight was delayed and we arrived later than expected. We'd love to return in the future 🥰

Sandrine was very proactive and communicative. She showed up personally right upon our arrival to give us the key and a brief orientation on where to find things and how to access the pool. The home and the setting were simply beautiful and well worth what we paid. The setting was very private but was fairly far from old Nice. If you enjoy exercise and like to walk it will be perfect for you, there is also a supermarket just 100 meters away down the hill from Mont Boron. All in all a truly wonderful place and great experience!
