Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Illinois River

What an absolute gem of a stay. The property is impeccably maintained and so beautiful. The guests house that we stayed in was so comfortable and very clean. The bed is quite possibly the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. The pool and the hot tub are perfect. The doggo’s are super sweet and lovable. Danielle and the rest of the team are all very smart and a pleasure to talk with. We will definitely be referring the place to our friends and will be back ourselves every year as long as it’s available.

This was our second time staying at Linda's house and the stay was wonderful. Well stocked, very clean, tidy, and comfortable. We felt right at home.

Only stayed one night but Anthony very accommodating. Enjoyed the friendly small town vibe and neighborhood. Peaceful. Thanks again!

2nd year staying here for my birthday with all my friends and it’s so much fun every time. So much to do while having your own privacy and plans with comfortable rules to abide by. It’s like a new home with a bunch of cool games and amenities, definitely recommend! Great host, leaves you to it and is responsive. Best birthdays ever here.

It was a wonderful time and our family loved the many thoughtful places to hang out. It was a perfect fit for us.

The house was beautifully decorated. There was plenty of space inside and in the backyard for the kids to hang out and play. They loved the “kids area”, tree house, and all the activities/sports equipment that was there for them.

Kim’s place is the perfect place to feel at home when I’m in town for work. I always appreciate how welcoming and friendly she is!

Very tidy and cozy house. Super nice and helpful hosts. Everything is beyond my expectation. Due to the dust storm, it took me much longer time and finally arrived near midnight. Andy & Lynn waited and helped me. I'm very grateful. Arthur is also a nice town. I wish I could stay longer.

We really enjoyed our stay here! This is by far the cutest place we’ve ever booked. It’s tastefully decorated & very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The reserved off street parking was nice too. We will definitely stay again when we come back to Bloomington!

Lovely downstairs apartment with character across the street from Lincoln Park. Quiet, clean, and cozy.

Place was great! Cozy and quaint Carla was very accommodating, and helpful especially with my schedule for that days check in. I had a wedding that day and Carla was helpful to get my belongings stored for me, and moved over once the apartment was cleaned and ready for me. Hansel free at the end of the evening once the wedding was over. :)

I like to come here when I am visiting family & friends in the area. Another great stay, would reccomend!

This place is beautiful and it has everything you need. It was immaculately clean. The patio at the river edge is beautiful and peaceful. It felt like home and we didn’t want to leave. Glennette was so helpful recommending a location for a special item we needed and it was perfect! Kevin and Glennette were very responsive with any needs or questions we had. Highly recommend!

The rural setting was quiet and relaxing, yet still close enough to town for convenience. The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in easy and stress-free. Very nice stay! Felt much like home with lots to do including games, music, the hot tub was really nice & this is the first Airbnb I’ve been to where you can smoke! I also liked the projector in the living room😂 felt like we were in a movie theater lol. Monica provided great services even cooked for us and more, really appreciative and greatful for what she did. love every bit of detail inside the place from floors to the ceiling!! HIGHLY Recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable place to get away 11/10* Gots to respect the rules tho!

The townhouse was comfortable and we loved the decor. The townhouse was easily assessable and we got in on the first try! We had our grandkids with us and they loved the bunk beds! Lots of cookware and dishes. Shelley was easy to reach. Would stay there again.

Exceeded my expectations! Beautiful view of River, could walk anywhere, loved the front patio and high Adirondack chairs so you can see over railing! And 4 of them. Very clean, felt new, would definitely stay there again and always quick response!! 5 star rating!! Be sure and grab any supplies, good, water, creamer, before you get to Grafton as there are no grocery stores! And limited good restaurants but the place was great!
