An incredible experience connecting to nature and others! You're really afforded the choice between an intimate private stay or an inspiring communal experience, and both are incredible. My favorite part (aside from the delicious wood-fired pizza) was the farm tour and learning about regenerative agriculture. It's an optional tour that we're so glad we opted into. We had no kiddos with us, but it's probably helpful to note that it's extremely kid friendly! We star-gazed at night and woke up to a beautiful chorus of birds. Overall: 10/10 would recommend!

My husband and I had an incredible time during our stay in The Rock Cottage. I reserved the place as a getaway for my husband’s birthday, and Amy and Laura made the visit particularly lovely. We loved the privacy of the fire pit after hiking and exploring all day, and walking around town was beyond easy given the location of the place. And for moments needing a bit of tech, the WiFi was flawless and we had no problem accessing streaming services. Without a doubt, we recommend this place for anyone looking to slow down and enjoy greenery.

This place was huge and beautiful! Very clean and right across the street from MJ's Chicken & Fish. We ate there and it was exceptional!

This is the perfect Airbnb. My whole family enjoyed our time there. We had a great time checking out the animals. The area is very peaceful. The bathroom was huge and has plenty of towels. From the deck we could see skydivers. We got to check out Bob's airplane he is building. The owners were truly the best host anyone could ask for. We hope to make a return trip sometime. We loved our stay at the Capitol Suite! We had a small celebration and this was the perfect spot to accommodate us. Clean, bright, beautiful home and a very responsive and helpful host. Would definitely stay here again!

out of the places I've stayed, THIS is TOP 10. Spacious, top-notch decoration/ stylistics, great kitchen with everything I needed. and the location is worth a million. the owners run a historic business downstairs. Cant wait to visit again

My wife and I stayed here while visiting friends in the area. Fantastic accommodations. Just what we needed. Very very nice place. Clean and quiet. Very comfortable bed and living space. Adjacent to local shops and restaurants at Washington Square.

We had a wonderful time here. Luis and Kelly were always responsive and helpful when we needed them or had questions. The unit was clean and well furnished. We honestly wish we could have taken a mattress with us it was so comfy! Space heaters were provided because it can get a little chilly but they were more than sufficient. We loved our time here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

The apartment is confortable and well appointed. It’s located right in the heart of Utica close to restaurants and shops but also only 10 minutes from all the state parks for hiking.

We used this wonderful house for a parbecue for 12 people.　When we arrived, there were already enough chairs and desks for the number of people.　The BBQ facilities were perfect and plenty of tableware was provided.　It would be fun to gather around the fireplace during the cold season!

I stayed here for a 2-night stay & only needed a place to sleep and shower. This place was clean and easy to locate and Parking was ample and just outside the building. There was a full size kitchen and living room area; however, I did not have a need for either. Instructions for access and check-in were clear. I will definitely stay here again.
