The house is located 1 km from the entrance to the beach, and is situated in Vila Morro do Félix in a preservation area. A complete and cozy house, it has a beautiful view of the sea and allows full interaction with nature. A pleasant environment for couples, solo adventurers and families with furry friends (pets).

(GROUND FLOOR) My place is 350 meters from Jabaquara Beach, close to markets and restaurants. It is 1.3 km from a beautiful historic city. You'll love it! Our house is simple, but very comfortable because it is a clean, spacious and well-equipped environment. Ideal for groups of up to 8 people or for couples and families (with kids). This space will be a HOME FOR YOU! All 3 bedrooms with air-conditioning, an excellent advantage for an extremely hot city during the summer. I accept pets (small).

The bathroom is just outside the entrance door, accessible from the patio, surrounded by cold blocking thick curtains. IMPORTANT: announced price covers 2 guests.
