We had an incredible experience at Sitio dos Tucanos. The space is beautiful, cozy and extremely tasteful. Incredibly well equipped. It has great kitchen utensils, all the electronics. The room is cozy, firewood was available for the fireplace, blankets were available in the room. The bathrooms are a show in themselves, with towel warmers and bath products available. The host responds quickly and always asks to help. The bedroom bed and all the bedding are excellent. The outdoor area has a beautiful garden and a deck for exercising and enjoying some sun. I took my little dog Gaya and she loved it because we did the trail that is behind the house with a breathtaking view. We also enjoyed the Lavandário de Cunha, which is a few kilometers away and is a must-see. The restaurants in the area are wonderful and super easy to access. We count the days to go back.

Beautiful place! They have a team on site to help with cleaning and maintenance, and they are all super nice! The property is very private and larger than it looks at first. The access is a little challenging, with very steep ramps to go down from the road to the house, I do recommend arriving with daylight to help, specially the first time. The property is about 15 min away from downtown by car, but you can arrange boat rides to come and get you right there. Overall very satisfied with our stay!

All impeccable! A paradise the place, beautiful, super-equipped house. The Diana that supports the house in cleaning and organizing is a person's candy. And Cristina, host, a sweetheart, always available, very kind and polite. I want to go back ja! It was 4 very special days!

The Chalet is wonderful, just like and even better than in the photos, super clean and organized, with a breathtaking view! We saw the sunrise, which was unforgettable, I recommend it! Check in and check out without bureaucracy! The host is 1000!!! Always very attentive, answer all questions quickly! We love the stay, we will come back more often for sure!

Of everything that has not yet been said, I think it is important to point out that the neighborhood is extremely calm. We were very pleased. To stay in the clear historical center that has its charm but the noise and the mess would bother me. We walked to the center and the canal walk is extremely pleasant. At the end of the avenue, on the bridge that makes the access to the center, it also has a very convenient parking lot. Very quick to access. Other all as is described in the posting.

Thalita was extremely kind and proactive from the first moment of contact. He responded super fast. We had problems with a lack of water in the house, but it was always promptly resolved and attended to. We will return more often for sure.

The stay was great! The space and the landscaping is beautiful and the house is more beautiful than in the pictures. It had everything we needed. Township of 2 large markets and about 15 minutes walking to the historic center and pier that leave the boat rides. We carry our cachorra that has greatly taken advantage of the backyard. Even the little house being on the same plot as Gunter's house we feel private. He welcomed us very well. Pool a delight and deeper than I imagined! Voltaria more often.

Fernando's house is wonderful and very tasteful. It has all the necessary amenities and is very well equipped, even with a shelf full of great books. The gardens are very well maintained and pleasant. The house is very close to the beach, surrounded by lush nature. In the period we went, in early June, Itamambuca is a very quiet beach, ideal for a relaxing stay. Fernando was very attentive and gave us good tips.

Our stay in Paraty was excellent, the accommodation offered by Matheus is perfectly located, close to the historic center and the beach. The house is clean and functional. Looking forward to staying again.

Comfortable house, in the middle of the woods, we hear only the noise of the river that passes practically in the backyard. Go to the beach walking and it's a short drive from other great beaches in the region (brava do camburi and farm). Small trail from the parking spot. Responsive hosts, easy communication. When we got to the area it was without light, but it came back after a few hours and did not compromise the stay.

The house is perfect! It is very complete, it has everything, it is well located in the condominium, with easy access to the highway! The house's garden is beautiful and integrated with nature, this place is peaceful! Suzana gave several tips and was always helpful! I will definitely return with my family, they were wonderful days!

Excellent stay at Rafael's, the house is more beautiful than in the photos, always clean. Arrivals were easy with boat transportation from the Marina. The place is superb, there are kayaks available, don't miss a morning walk with Ilha da Pescaria it's beautiful. Also the local agency boats pick you up directly from the house

Beautiful, secluded spot with stunning views. The home is clean, modern, and the kitchen is extremely well equipped. It’s about a 10–15 min drive from town and the road can be tricky, so a rental car is a must - but totally worth it for the peace and scenery! Paula was also a great host and extremely communicative. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend!

This house is such a special location, we loved staying in this architectural gem! The glass fronts offer stunning views over the sea, you are surrounded by the jungle-like nature and animals. The beaches nearby are absolutely stunning, just note that the food options in walkable distance are closed at night. We had a really wonderful, relaxed and quite time in Felix, exploring the neighborhood, surfing, hanging by the beach and of course enjoying our livingroom views! Also communication with the hosts was super smooth and quick and check-in was very easy, would 100% recommend staying here!

Romain's house was the perfect place for our stay in Picinguaba. In the left corner of the beach, the house is isolated from the center of the village and you feel alone in nature. From the huge wooden balcony, you can see a beautiful view of the other end of the beach and the entire neighboring stretch of the São Paulo coast, as well as the Serras do Mar and Bocaina on the horizon. The house was impeccably clean, the furniture and kitchen utensils well maintained. Romain was still super helpful and quick to respond, even from afar, and the people responsible for the house (Gal and Cacau) were friendly and helpful at check-in and check-out. The house still has access to a charming and delightful stone beach for relaxing away from human presence. We'll be back more often for sure!

A peaceful paradise, with an incredible view and a beautiful, very well-equipped chalet! It's the kind of place that becomes the city's attraction. We prefer to stay in the cottage to enjoy the space rather than explore the city so much. Hosts responded quickly and were very helpful...

The stay was very good! Everything was just like the photo, the house was very clean and organized! The stairs are bad for those with small children, because we couldn't use the bed and stayed on the sofa bed in the living room. There is also a lack of signage to get to the house, to facilitate location. But otherwise, it was impeccable, everything as described.

The home is beautiful with amazing views and a short trail away from a beautiful beach. The room was clean and was well represented in the photos. The house keeper was very friendly and for a small fee purchased groceries and prepared breakfast for us. Her husband also took us on boat trips to local restaurants and a small store on local islands. The road to the house is hard to locate and even harder to drive. There are deep ruts, rocks, and there are very steep sections. I’d strongly suggest a four wheel drive vehicle. If it rains you may have a hard time making it to and from the house. We would also suggest that you bring groceries with you, as there are no restaurants or stores nearby without taking the difficult road back to Paraty, or hiring a boat. Overall we really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful location.
