Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Ilha do João Araújo

We had an incredible experience at Sitio dos Tucanos. The space is beautiful, cozy and extremely tasteful. Incredibly well equipped. It has great kitchen utensils, all the electronics. The room is cozy, firewood was available for the fireplace, blankets were available in the room. The bathrooms are a show in themselves, with towel warmers and bath products available. The host responds quickly and always asks to help. The bedroom bed and all the bedding are excellent. The outdoor area has a beautiful garden and a deck for exercising and enjoying some sun. I took my little dog Gaya and she loved it because we did the trail that is behind the house with a breathtaking view. We also enjoyed the Lavandário de Cunha, which is a few kilometers away and is a must-see. The restaurants in the area are wonderful and super easy to access. We count the days to go back.

My parents and I had a wonderful stay! We really liked the house, the space and the quiet. Adriana is a super host, she welcomed us and received us very well. The house is very accessible, the dirt road is short, very quiet, we had no problems getting there. The kitchen is very equipped. In addition to the natural pool, which is beautiful and very nice.

Beautiful place! They have a team on site to help with cleaning and maintenance, and they are all super nice! The property is very private and larger than it looks at first. The access is a little challenging, with very steep ramps to go down from the road to the house, I do recommend arriving with daylight to help, specially the first time. The property is about 15 min away from downtown by car, but you can arrange boat rides to come and get you right there. Overall very satisfied with our stay!

First time in Paraty... We had a wonderful stay! The location by the water was absolutely beautiful — peaceful, and perfect for relaxing. Wanice was friendly and incredibly responsive. She made sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. She also provided some great local recommendations that made exploring the area even better. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a serene getaway with a thoughtful host.

We had a great stay at this place in Paraty! The apartment was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, located in a quiet area just outside the historic center, close enough to enjoy everything Paraty has to offer, but away from the noise. The host was very helpful and provided us with great recommendations and guidelines for things to do around Paraty, which made exploring the area much easier. Everything was exactly as described, and communication was smooth throughout our stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Paraty and looking for a calm, comfortable base to explore from.

It is difficult to describe in words what the experience of staying at Casa Paraty Tropical is. The property is beautiful, an immersion in nature and with a breathtaking view, the photos cannot give the dimension of the real beauty of the place, only being there to understand. The house is so perfect that it even comes with a pet, Mexerica and Rajadinha (I don't know the name of this one) are a delight. The location is also great, in less than 10 minutes you can reach the center of Paraty. Tim's service was impeccable from start to finish, with quick and accurate responses, as well as giving great tips about the region and being hyper solicitous. We will certainly return to stay in this paradise, a place of unique energy that left us feeling renewed.

The pictures are not enough to demonstrate how beautiful the environment is. The house is in the middle of the forest and next to the beach, you can walk. Great location. Two improvement points: the mat (a little uncomfortable) and the laundry (machine makes noise). In the box and in the private there are large windows that overlook a neighboring balcony, the curtain is transparent, which makes you lose your privacy a little.

We were delighted with our stay in the apartment! We were greeted by Cristiano with special attention and a picnic basket filled with cake, breads, fruits and cold cuts that turned into a delicious breakfast throughout the stay. The apartment is very well maintained, with a super-equipped kitchen, excellent shower and great location. All very clean and well-maintained. I recommend it with my eyes closed and we will definitely return!

Excellent space, incredible accommodation, we settled in very well, they were very good days. The only problem is the location, the neighborhood has precarious houses, and this may cause discomfort in some ways. Apart from that, the space is very comfortable, the pool is always clean and heated, we had wonderful days!

The space is large, comfortable and well equipped, ideal for those seeking practicality. The location is good, relatively close to the center, but it is necessary to take a walk there. A point of attention for those who prioritize privacy: the house faces the street, with movement of people and cars, and one of the rooms gives direct access to the passageway to a house in the back, which makes the curtains always need to be closed. The water pressure of the shower is excellent, which was a differential. In addition, the staff were super attentive and helpful throughout the stay, and were extremely flexible regarding check-in, which helped me a lot. Overall, it offers a great value for money.

Really great place to stay, even at carnaval time. Excellent locally sourced breakfast, one of the best I have ever seen. A quiet old town street right near the pier. You cant go wrong at Casa De Paulo Autran.

It was a wonderful stay. The service was fast, close to the historic center and in the neighborhood there is a market and restaurants. Next to the beach where I could walk. I'll be back and recommend it!

Simply wonderful! The accommodation was excellent in all aspects — comfortable, clean and very well located in Angra dos Reis. But what really made the difference was the host's kindness and attention, especially when allowing us to check out a little later. This care has made all the difference in our experience! It was an amazing experience these 5 days in Angra, hosted at Juliana's place, the host always asks us to answer and always answer any questions! The condominium is next to the Fasano hotel,where we can enjoy the restaurants, shops, ice cream,hamburger, pizzeria, Japanese restaurant among others… the Marina is very close to where we can get our boat and water bike, the location is perfect, the place is beautiful! Inside the house had everything we needed, clean towels, kitchen items, glasses, glasses, cutlery and dishes, toaster, sandwich maker, coffee maker, everything perfectly clean and smelling! Quiet condominium with a lot of peace! I and my family will definitely be back soon!
