Thalita was extremely kind and proactive from the first moment of contact. He responded super fast. We had problems with a lack of water in the house, but it was always promptly resolved and attended to. We will return more often for sure.

My parents and I had a wonderful stay! We really liked the house, the space and the quiet. Adriana is a super host, she welcomed us and received us very well. The house is very accessible, the dirt road is short, very quiet, we had no problems getting there. The kitchen is very equipped. In addition to the natural pool, which is beautiful and very nice.

The experience was great. Cristiano is super attentive and quick to respond. The space was clean, very comfortable. We will certainly recommend it and return.

First time in Paraty... We had a wonderful stay! The location by the water was absolutely beautiful — peaceful, and perfect for relaxing. Wanice was friendly and incredibly responsive. She made sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. She also provided some great local recommendations that made exploring the area even better. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a serene getaway with a thoughtful host.

great house! is very worth a lot. I only recommend that you use a car because it is more comfortable to get out of the house and go to the beaches, to the center etc. but this is normal in Paraty itself. Uber may be difficult to achieve and even quite expensive eventually. but the house is perfect

The house is exactly as in the photos, it has all the necessary amenities and is wonderful! The surroundings are very quiet, with no noise and plenty of nature around. Letícia is very kind, gave us tips for sightseeing and was always available to help, there was a cake and fruit when we arrived at the house, she was flexible at check-in and check-out. We will definitely be back another time! Thank you!

Wonderful place with private beach. A place to disconnect from the daytime madness for a while. Well-equipped house and a boatman who takes you to the special places of the region. You only have to remember to take everything because there are no shops or paderias, but also not to take too much, because it has to have space on the boat. It's well worth it!

Excellent stay at Rafael's, the house is more beautiful than in the photos, always clean. Arrivals were easy with boat transportation from the Marina. The place is superb, there are kayaks available, don't miss a morning walk with Ilha da Pescaria it's beautiful. Also the local agency boats pick you up directly from the house

It was all very incredible! The reception of Suellen and her husband Osias is surreal! All the support for EVERYTHING! It makes all the difference in the experience! apart from the place, the view, the sunset, the sunrise! there's nothing to complain about! and the noise they said in the comments, it didn't bother me at all! it was perfect and I will return more often

Romain's house is beautiful and the location is excellent, the walk is really very short, from the parking lot indicated to the house it is a 5-minute walk through a very quiet passage, a small part of it on sand and a good part on cement floor. It is a very large house, the rooms are separated from the social area, this makes it very easy in everyday life, if someone wants to sleep earlier, the rest can continue talking and having fun without disturbing. There is a small beach down the deck of the house and it was quite empty the days I was at the house. Be sure to visit Praia das Bicas, simply sensational and you can go on foot, a little longer walk, but nothing too much. Gal, who welcomed us, was always available and helped us with what we needed.

We loved our stay at this stunning location which is close by to Paraty but away from a bustling city if you like a tranquil and beautiful space. The local beach restaurant has an amazing atmosphere and food and the beach next to the small harbour is incredible beautiful. We extended our stay as we enjoyed it so much.

Beautiful place! They have a team on site to help with cleaning and maintenance, and they are all super nice! The property is very private and larger than it looks at first. The access is a little challenging, with very steep ramps to go down from the road to the house, I do recommend arriving with daylight to help, specially the first time. The property is about 15 min away from downtown by car, but you can arrange boat rides to come and get you right there. Overall very satisfied with our stay!

Awesome indoor outdoor house in the historic district!

Beautiful, secluded spot with stunning views. The home is clean, modern, and the kitchen is extremely well equipped. It’s about a 10–15 min drive from town and the road can be tricky, so a rental car is a must - but totally worth it for the peace and scenery! Paula was also a great host and extremely communicative. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend!

The house is extremely pleasant, clean and well decorated. The infrastructure is very good - internet works well, comfortable beds, hot shower and well equipped kitchen for home dining. Mauricio received us in a very welcoming and helpful way. The beauty of Mamanguá is a separate chapter. We had a delicious weekend and we want to come back soon!

We loved our stay in this paradise on earth. The house is perfect for those who want to sleep and wake up to the sound of the sea. Indescribable feeling of peace and comfort, because the bed, bedding, pillows, towels, everything was very clean and of high quality. The details that make the difference in a stay. What a wonderful experience to spend the weekend at the house! My boyfriend and I were very well received by Flavia and her husband, a very nice couple, and Flavia made sure to help us with anything we needed. The house is breathtakingly beautiful and with a lot of attention to detail in the decoration. It feels like a family home. The bedroom and bathtub upstairs were a great plus and we were very comfortable. The proximity to the beach was sensational and being able to hear the waves breaking from the house was priceless! We highly recommend staying at this house and we will definitely return to take the family with us.

Our stay at Casa Tiê was amazing! The house is beautiful, new and super charming! It had everything we needed and the description of the listing was faithful to what we found there! Full of whimsical details and impeccable cleanliness. The place in the middle of the forest is unique! Super quiet for rest days. Mateus was helpful and proactive at the reception. Good location compared to Paraty and its old town. View of the bay to fall. Good overall comfort. We would recommend.
