Impeccable accommodation, very friendly and responsive host. The apartment is in an industrial area without charm but the location is convenient to make a stop because it is close to the main roads. There is a restaurant on the ground floor that has a good reputation. The place is quiet, perfect for resting before hitting the road again! We had some difficulties opening the key box, do not hesitate to call Gian Marco on video if, like us, you are not used to new technologies ;-)

We absolutely loved the house and all of the features. We spent a lot of time outside in the little patio area and our kids played basketball in the driveway. The automated windows, skylights, and shutters were very nice. The AC worked very well and kept us cool during the middle of the day when it was hot outside. The location is less convenient if you don’t have a car but we were able to walk to town in 20 minutes. The area was quiet and beautiful which is what we wanted so we didn’t mind the inconvenience. Very lovely hosts who live on the property and provided lots of information and were very responsive.

Daniele was a great host; it was easy to agree on check in time, she responded fast and was very friendly and helpful about showing us around the apartment and how to get to the centre of Bologna. The apartment is very clean, well equiped, ac is great, bed is comfortable. We loved that there is a nespresso machine! The location is also amazing as there is a big supermarket as well as fast food and a coffee shop 1 minute away by walk. More shops are also really close by if you have a car. Theres many parking options in front of the apartment too. We loved our stay, I definitely recommend it.

Claudia’s apartment was exceptionally clean and everything was new and very well maintained. Really appreciated that all needs were considered and provided for and there was no clutter. Claudia and Aldo were very welcoming and helpful with local information, and great at communicating. We loved the area and exploring the origins of the famous Parmigiana, Parma ham , bolognaise and Balsamic vinegar, plus the great wines.
