Monthly Rentals in Idalia

The unit was close to many amenities - such as the hospital and shopping centre. The location was situated in a beautiful older suburb with gorgeous views of the mountains. A highlight was the kitchen which had everything necessary to make a multitude of things. I thought it was fantastic value and enjoyed my stay immensely.

We are staying here for the 3rd time. The best place we have ever stayed. Bruce & Tricia are such a lovely caring host providing everything you needed for a stay. I would strongly recommend this & will definitely stay again.

Great house in perfect location, very central to everything we needed

Highly recommend Melissas gorgeous little unit! Easy communication & accomodating. Was perfect for our party of two. Location was convientant for us with a small carpark provided. Exactly as described in the listing and guest reviews. Sparkling clean! Homely feel & beautifully presented. Kitchen was very well stocked with basic cooking essentials, like: S & P, Al foil, cling wrap, paper towel, cleaning supplies, etc. Quality linens on queen beds, but no top sheet provided and no extra blankets, if you feel the brief cool snap in June/July. Still all very newly presented from a recent reno/refurbishment. Stunning small bathroom, with quality fixtures. Split system aircons & ceiling fans in all areas. Of note for us was the lack of blinds (or exterior privacy screens) in the steamy bathroom & kitchen. Needed for climate control from the hot morning sun and privacy from neighbours. Also no flyscreen/security doors, to leave the doors open for venitlation, without flys/midges entering.
