Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Located right on Laugavegur the main street The apartment is new renovated and all the furniture was bought new in July 2021. The apartment is ca 100 sq meters (1070 sq ft). The apartment comes with two big bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom is sleek and has a fully equipped washing room with a washer and dryer. Luxury in Iceland

Welcome to my new and modern apartment, it's located , 10-15 minitues from Reykjavik city center. The House was built in 2022 with 6 apartments, mine is on the ground floor, stair with few steps. it is 74 sqm -The living room, kitchen and dining area is in the same section. The bedroom and the bathroom are separated. You can have a look at the set up of the apartment on the photos. The bedroom is with a 160 cm bed and it has room-darkening shades. Washing machine and dryer at the bathroom.

The apartment is situated just 6 minutes drive from the airport and 15- 20 minutes form the Blue Lagoon. You can find a public swimming pool with both outdoor and indoor swimming pools in 3 minutes walk from us, there is also a big playground area.There is a small shoppingcenter, Krossmói in about 8 minutes walking distance. There you can find ATM, bank, supermarket, pharmacy, resturants and other shops. There is also the town bus center (it is outside and there are no servicekiosk).

Recently renovated it retains all the charm of old but with all the comfort and style of modern day life.

This apartment has a private entrance is 60 m2 , it has a 2 x 90 cm single beds that can be put together to make a king size bed. The living room has a big sofabed that is 140x200 cm and there is a 40 inch smart tv . Kitchen is well equipped for home cooking. Bathroom is spacious and has a shower. The location is amazing , close to city's main attractions ,main bus station, tour pick ups .
