Holt stendur hátt í landinu og er því einstakt útsýni af bæjarhlaðinu, yfir víðlendar heiðar og strandlengju Þistilfjarðar. Húsin eru 25 fm og vel útbúin, með eldhúsi, baðherbergi og sófahorni. Morgunverður er framreiddur í körfum og er innifalinn í verði.

Private bedroom with a queen size bed that can accommodate two (2). Breakfast fixins available. My place is small but is cozy and in the suburbs of Reykjavik. I am on the ground floor. Parking lot is free. Right across is a jogging path and a children´s playground. Although retired, I previously worked in the hospitality industry and keenly aware of guest needs. Valhalla Yurts Freya

Yurt Freya is a traditional Mongolian yurt with a little extra. Its bright bold colours & detailed paint work stand out on the untraditional colour. Black yurts are rare & uncommon for Mongolian yurts, normally opting for their more traditional colours. Yurt Freya boast an unconventional layout inside, the hanging bed is suspended by ropes (bed does not move) and also two macramé hanging chairs. Yurt Freya is a totally unique experience that is available nowhere else in Iceland.

Beautiful, warm and cozy cottage with beds for up to 4 people. It's located in the countryside 18 km from the town Egilsstaðir on road 931. It's on the south side of the lake on the way to Hallormsstaður the biggest forest in Iceland. The next grocery store is in Egilsstaðir. Good paved road, passable all the year. Quiet, peaceful and beautiful landscape, nice hiking trails down to the lake or up to the hills, good place to see the northern lights in wintertime.

In the main building there are restaurants, a bar and a lounge for guests. The restaurant serves breakfast and dinner and the bar offers a selection of drinks. On site, you can book local tours and tickets to attractions. The hotel is a place of cultural meetings such as music concerts, cabarets, shows.
