My place is good for nature-loving couples, hikers, cyclists, skiers, non-smokers, vegetarians, "healthy" and convalescent people, but not for smokers, animals, and the searing of meat is also not desired.

We welcome you to our lovingly furnished apartment. The 36 m² can accommodate up to 3 people. An extra bedroom with a large bed offers plenty of privacy. There is a comfortable sofa bed in the living room. The apartment is fully equipped with a kitchen, 2 bathrooms and TV to feel comfortable. There is also an indoor swimming pool in the house, which is currently closed for renovation. You can park your vehicle directly at the house free of charge.

The 3-storey property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, a fan as well as children's books and toys. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.

Our accommodation is very quiet on a small stream at the edge of the forest. 20 meters away is a wonderful cross-country ski trail. A hiking trail (Lebküchlerweg) leads directly past the house to the waterfalls. Approx. 1 km. Ideal for relaxing and forgetting about everyday life. For motorcycles or bicycles, you are welcome to use the garage. Another person can come on request.
