Holiday rentals with a pool in Hyères

Simon and Katya where amazing hosts. Very friendly and always available if needed. Checkin was super easy and smooth. The pictures did not do the place justice, it was much nicer in person. Very clean and comfortable. The home was well equipped with the basics needed. Location was ideal just 15 minutes from st tropez and 15 minutes to the beach’s yet the home was quiet and peaceful with nature. I would highly recommend staying here. Easley a 10/10 experience.

Karine's accommodation is fantastic! Everything was very clean and lovingly furnished. The location is perfect, everything important is within walking distance. The great communication with her was also special, she gave us good recommendations for the area and she responded very quickly. In addition, she was very flexible with regard to our stay. It is worth mentioning that we even received fresh towels during our two-week stay. The check-in was very straightforward and we were even greeted with cold and very high-quality drinks. Many thanks to Karine, we will definitely come back!

The villa is very beautiful, though it lacks in details. For instance, we booked the villa for 7 people and they only left 1 nespresso tab for the coffee machine. Plus there was no showergel or bathroom mat. Also the bed linen in one bed had a big stain. When we arrived at 11.30pm at night we had to call the host via facetime to get the exact location of the key lock and of the villa. It would have been a lot easier if he would have sent us a photo beforehand of the villa location and key lock. But he responded fast so it was ok after all. All in all it was great but there’s room For improvement.

Our stay was a complete success! The location is very quiet and ideal for relaxing. The bed was extremely comfortable, so we could sleep wonderfully. The pool was a real highlight: large, refreshing and perfect for cooling off on warm days. The house itself is spacious and very well equipped (dishwasher, washing machine…) with a large plot around it. The walk into town is quite steep, but doable. In about 20 minutes you are in the center of the beautiful village of Le Lavandou, where there are many great restaurants. Particularly noteworthy is Christine, who was quickly reachable at any time and immediately took care of everything. Merci beaucoup!

We stayed in this well-maintained house over the long Easter weekend. The view is wonderful and the pool area is great for enjoying the outdoors! The house worked well for our group of two families. The only surprising thing was that the basic necessities were very scarce - we ran out of toilet paper and there were only two dish washer tablets for a group of 7 persons for three nights. Luckily the communication with the host was always fast and smooth! The location is peaceful and private and we’d be happy to return one day.

My boyfriend and I spent 4 nights here in late May - everything was great. Apartment was clean and comfy with everything we needed, lots of great places to eat around and easy beach access. Two things to improve this resort: a bar and more heat in the pool! It was too cold for me to swim in it. Other than that we loved it!

We had a long and pleasant weekend in the accommodation. The hosts are very welcoming and accommodating as well. The accommodation has a lot of storage and this one has two bathrooms, very convenient. I highly recommend it for families with children because the residence is quiet and everything is within reach. No need to go any further, the setting is beautiful. You can even order dishes and bread on the premises.

I stayed with my partner for two nights. Manon was very responsive all the time. The appartment was very clean and had all the necessary amenities. The most amazing part of our stay was the view of the port from the appartment. It is located on a private neighbourhood and has free parking inside. It is also very close to other attractions like Sain Tropez, the center of Grimaud and nice beaches. Would definately recommend staying there.

My wife and I very much enjoyed our 2 weeks in Gigaro. Thibault is a great host. Very friendly and responsive. The apartment matches the description and is great for 2 persons. The outdoor space is a highlight. All this just 500m from the beach, a grocery store and some pretty good restaurants.

Thank you to Matthieu for his hospitality and for his pleasant, comfortable and well-equipped apartment. We particularly enjoyed the marina environment, the access to the apartment, which was secure but very easy (codes) and the quiet (especially in the evening). We'll be back without hesitating.

Very well-kept and equipped accommodation, a stone's throw from the port with clubs and restaurants. Kakie was very helpful and also advised us during the stay. We went With our bikes, we were in the perfect position to enjoy the port, the peninsula and the upper city. I recommend kakie and his apartment to everyone, we will definitely be back

I liked staying at this place, it was nice and clean. The only problem we encountered is that we couldn’t find anywhere to eat breakfast. Other than that everything was as expected and I would recommend this place for anyone that would like to stay in a cute and modern apartment near the sea!

Silvia is an excellent host. The house is impeccable, super well-stocked and the location is very convenient for getting around. You are completely immersed in nature.

"La Vuillaume" is a gem, a discreet and quietly located, charmingly aged cottage with the likeable flair of the Provencal-German '70s, with an overcomplicated kitchen, a graciously shaded, ivy-covered terrace with gas grill and fantastic brand new pool that makes this property unique: a large infinity pool, with an unobstructed and unimaginable view of the Gulf of St. Tropez and so perfectly oriented that behind it you can contemplate the sea again across the sea to the horizon. Pool and house are located on an extensive property full of gnarled trees, fragrant greenery and, in addition to crickets, also populated with all kinds of birds - we have the most rare and very cute dwarf coves here in particular. We can only advise them: please do not comply with this house. You will miss it terribly as we do after you leave.

We stayed at La Sianne in middle of June and were delighted with it. Set on the hillside with absolutely stunning views and beautiful open living spaces. The old world charm of this traditionally Riviera home suited us perfectly. The multiple outdoor spaces ( main floor with gorgeous open vistas) and the generously sized pool area ( with pool house that had a convenient toilet and shower) were perfect. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, stovetop and refrigerator but also had many conveniences (coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, electric cheese grater, food processor, ample serving bowls/trays, bread baskets, separate pantry/laundry room). Additionally as a great bonus that I missed when viewing the listing is the large outdoor kitchen that you can use the electric grill, and a drying clothesline and charcoal barbeque in the back). The one drawback was that the oven instructions were in German and the welcome book did not explain how to use it so we couldn’t. The bedrooms were clean and well sized, and there were ample bathrooms. Situated on the hill you have to be prepared for the steep driveway, but the ample parking space at the house allowed for easy turning around ( which was good as we had a large car for 5 people). Ideally located it is about a 15 minute walk to the beautiful town of Ste Maxime, (so charming!!), beaches and close to the Bateaux Verts for daily excursions to St Tropez or Grimaud ( much better than dealing with the coastal roads that can be very busy). Check in was smooth and with no issue. A beautiful property and I cannot wait to return!

The reception was excellent. The house is completely faithful to the listing, in very good condition, very clean. The surroundings of the garden, terraces and pool are a big plus. The bedding is extremely qualitative. A garage completes this service. The proximity to the village of La Cadière and all the surrounding resorts is also a positive element.

The house is very nice and has a really great and very large pool. The house is located in an enclosed complex with about 20 houses and is only about 10 minutes from the beach. The house and location are really perfect for a beach vacation. Unfortunately, on the first day after just an hour, the neighbor complained about the volume of the children in the pool. We were very irritated, as we have probably been in a house with a pool ten times and this happened for the first time. Therefore, we had to pay a lot of attention to the volume of the children for the remaining days, which gave us little joy. We cannot now conclude from this individual case in general, but we want to recommend another accommodation for families with children as a precaution. The communication with the agency was very good and always worked to our complete satisfaction.

Fantastic weekend stay in the South of France! This little home made you feel as if you were home and Carole was the utmost help throughout our stay. Wish we could have stayed longer and will return during our next trip to St. Tropez/Gassin area!
