We spent great 2 weeks at the property. Our expectations were exceeded. Above all, we liked the great view and the short distance to the beach. In addition, the landlord Marc was very friendly and the exchange was straightforward. We are guaranteed to come back again.

Apartment compact yet spacious enough as it had storage in the bedroom & the spacious terrace with outdoor furniture increased the living space. Awesome view and locaction. Selection of great restaurants downstairs and walking distance to town. Long sandy beach 200m down road. Apartment is very generously equipped for cooking etc. Everything was very clean with a large comfortable bed. Thanks Jonathan for great communication.

In a word: SU-PER. Great welcome and very good advice; great atmosphere of the apartment with its terrace where you like to sit whatever the time of day; great St Clair beach and great environment, the coast as well as the hinterland. A quick note on the situation: we arrived 2 days after the floods, having been reassured by Laurence and Nicolas (thank you again for the late-night exchanges) and, indeed, the media coverage was disproportionate to the local reality. Only a small sector of a neighborhood was affected (very affected, of course) but most of Le Lavandou is intact and everything works perfectly.

Have a great weekend. The apartment is very nice , the outside with barbecue is very nice and the parking space is a plus. Laurie and her spouse are very welcoming and have great tips for discovering the region.

The contact was super easy, always helpful and accessible. Check in was great, direct contact with a taxi driver for arrival and departure. Accommodation has everything you need, but we had to buy small things like kitchen paper or dishwasher tabs. The beach is only 5 min walk, we all love to come back !!!

Excellent stay in this very pleasant house to live in and with a magnificent view, including from inside the house. The house is as described and very well equipped (including products for cooking or cleaning). Even though we didn't have the pleasure of meeting Michael, the exchanges were very pleasant. We felt welcome with our animals and it's very appreciable. Possibility of walks from the house.

Apartment in new secure residence. Quiet while being close to the harbor, small shops and beaches. Very functional apartment, everything to feel at home... (washing machine, dryer, barbecue, dishwasher, oven, large fridge, as well as all the essentials provided...) A perfect stay. Very nice apartment, as in the photos, and well located to go and take the green boat that takes you to St-Tropez. Indoor and secure parking is really convenient. The terrace with the view of Port Grimaud is beautiful. I recommend it!

The place is great!!! Top equipped, clean and above all the sea view from the living room/balcony... nice quiet location as a retreat. Also, the communication was really helpful and friendly. I'd love to come back :)

Had a wonderful time - Arthur was always available for anything and we loved staying here.

Very well located accommodation: quiet , 10 meters from the coastal path, close to the center on foot. The place has a partial sea view certainly but very nice. Its terrace allows you to enjoy the sun. By car, we quickly reached Sanary, Toulon, Cassis, Marseille, Garlaban , La Ciotat and of course Porquerolles ( boarding the port of Bandol). It was our second stay at Alexandra's. Definitely not the last one!

Brigitte was responsible and understanding in the exchanges as well as very clear. The accommodation is perfectly as described, peaceful and pleasant. We will be back!
