Holiday rentals with a balcony in Hyères

This apartment is located in the grounds of a larger complex in a closed park with two swimming pools and tennis courts. Downstairs there is a bedroom with a double bed, in the gallery there are 3 single beds. The gallery has low ceilings and the mattresses on the beds are quite soft, they could do with replacing with harder ones. The terrace has a beautiful view of the hills and the sea. The sandy beach is an 8 minute drive away. We had a pleasant stay and recommend the accommodation.

Very well located accommodation 10 minutes walk from shops and the beach. With a parking space a little far away on the back of the residence but which is very convenient. All the paintings have been redone recently and the shower looks new; it has a real room with 2 bunk beds with a door that is not in the entrance with the noises of the hallway. It is isolated from the noises of the hallway by an airlock with a second door and we sleep very well without noise because we can close everything thanks to the air conditioning which is very efficient and above all very quiet in night mode. To report the motor of the air conditioning is on the loggia and heats ,so open the window in front and empty the basin 2 x per day . In reproach the broken tv cabinet drawer and bed latte not reported by the reception and already reported by another guest.I sent an unanswered email. When I reported it at the start it was not noted. Hoping that it is fixed for the following

We were there with two children - great location - very close to the sea - great view from the balcony. Unfortunately, the wifi cost €5 per day, this was not stated in the advertisement before….

Hello Very nice stay. The location of the accommodation was a good point (access to amenities / beach in 10 minutes on foot) Description of the accommodation OK. Functional Not insignificant private parking!! but downside: the parking spaces are very small and I have not been able to park in my location (but there are visitor spaces) I recommend Friendly

Beautiful little apartment with everything you need, amazing sea view, on top of Roquebrune’s hill. Facilities are also top notch. Very well managed by Interhome: organized, clean, fast communication.

Very good stay, clean apartment, be careful the pool does not have a large opening range (10am-5pm on weekdays), balcony very well exposed to the sun, super nice!

A slightly complicated arrival the street number described by Airbnb was not good. Luckily we found a lady who was cleaning at the agency on a Sunday. A bang for us. But we had cold sweats. You really need to change this street number described on Airbnb. Otherwise the apartment the location was at the top. We had a great time in Sainte Maxime. We'll be back

From the moment we checked in we knew we were going to absolutely love this property. Our host Daris was so responsive and accommodating to our arrival and helpful throughout our 2 week stay. The property couldn't offer anymore in the location, it was so quiet and peaceful but a 5 minute walk from the main square with restaurants, bars and shops. The market is on twice a week and is also fantastic. The bedrooms were comfortable and clean but rustic - very in keeping with the 'fisherman house' vibe. The view was just priceless and the best feature of all. There were 4 adults sharing 2 rooms on our visit and were very comfortable both in our rooms and in all the shared living space. The house is also no more than a 10 minute walk to the beach which is also so fantastic. We would be back in a heartbeat, we didn't want to leave.

Villa with a very good location, between Saint Tropez and Frejus. A breathtaking view, a very quiet area, ideal for families. In this villa 3 independent floors so can accommodate 3 families without worries while respecting their privacy. However, it would be necessary to provide the basic amenities.

we rented this farmhouse for a week at the end of August. The estate is beautiful. We were also fortunate to be alone in the estate. The farmhouse was clean and tidy. There were household amenities as indicated in the listing. the bedding was good and there was the towels and bed linen available. The garden was great with its pool area, hammock lounge area, and pétanque area under the trees. We didn't have billiards as shown in photos though. The place is quiet and peaceful. i really recommend this beautiful villa. Be careful in the evening, the wild boars come to the back of the garden to eat the nuts so avoid going out downstairs. Thank you to noemie on site who welcomed us and gave us small outings to do in the area. Thank you to Fabienne for her responsiveness too.
